Please don't take anything I say or post as an affront. I'm just goofing around. I don't wrap my mods either, that was an art project.
No affront taken, just illustrating why I'd like such a colour to come from the factory....I have no ill will or words for those who do like wraps....it IS a personal vape device after all.

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping

Thanks :)
Enough to give me an idea. A bit darker, and I'd be sold.

Is this dark enough?

Hmmm. tryin to catch up here...

1) I am not an idiot. I promise. I can if necessary provide documentation, but I'd rather not. And I gotta say, one of my personal philosophies regarding consumer products, including hardware, software, cars, and mods, is "if you have to open the manual, it's a poorly designed product". That may be a LITTLE extreme but not much...

2) I forgot who posted it - but every time I look at the Radius, I want to see it with leather. But I'd love to see it more than a wrap - I'd like to see "factory leather" lol. It can be just a thin sheet bonded to the shell... I've never paid for leather seats in a car, but I might want a leather-wrapped Radius!
It would need scotchgard for those (few) times when the tank leaked.

I'm sorry, I just have to do this... I tried so hard to not comment on this... I really did... People just HAVE to stop using Ohms Law until they actually understand it... When you can tell me, or anybody else for that matter, how 3.3 x 20 = 60, then you can MAYBE get me to take your question seriously.

But I do know 3.3 x 20 isn't 60.

I respect your knowledge Zen, but in this case I believe you're confusing power at the atomizer with power at the cell. I worked it up on Steam Engine for your review. 3.3V charge left in the cell, with 60W set on the mod will drain ~20A from the cell, depending on efficiency of the mod. I've used ProVapes published 95% efficiency rating for this example.

Take me seriously now? :)

Yeah that 8 minute run time might be a problem...

Kinda like the single battery 60 watt mod of mine that broke.

Not for me. I wanna all day vape.

Willy was looking for leather.

We just aren't good enough to be a member of the club that's all. even @Vape360 thought it was funny.
Well, stands to reason.

What an inclusive group

you do know, there is not really an official inclusive club

if there is ... I haven't paid my dues in like 2+ years

I'm still undecided here. I want to like it but....

I'm not sure about the materials being used. With the exception of my subbox all my mods are metal. I like metal. However, Ocelot's colors, or some from ProVape we haven't seen yet, might change my mind.

Wattage is not important to me, as long as I can fire a .4 - .5Ω coil on it. I have several 40-60 watt box mods already.

Without temp control, or some other unique feature, I'm not sure the price we are sure to pay for this, is worth it for a simple box mod, high quality or not. I really hate saying that, but it's how I feel. I'm not hard on my mods, nor do I push them beyond their limits, so even cheap Chinese ones last me quite awhile.

I've been around for awhile, and I'm long over shinitis, so ProVape has to work to get my future business.

Question for anyone who knows (hopefully without the huge debate): is it possible to do temp control on a single 18650?

You can do temp limiting (it's not really temp control) on any battery. The important factors are ramp-up time (which is sheer power/wattage), and ability to maintain the needed voltage once the requested temperature has been met. Remember, there's no such thing as controlling wattage - all devices are controlling voltage to achieve a set wattage.

Something else most people, especially cloud chasers/high wattage users don't realize is that ramp-up time depends on power delivered as well as airflow, but doesn't take much to maintain that temperature.

Most ProVari users who are perfectly happy with 15 or less watts, are happy because once their coil has reached the right temperature, it only takes that 15W to maintain a good amount of vapor/flavor. I have an SXmini, and do use temp control. Even though I have it set to 60J (same thing as 60W), once temp limiting kicks in, wattage hovers around 20W or so.

Higher wattage is no more dangerous when talking about dangerous temperatures breaking down liquids, than lower wattage and smaller coils. Both are able to reach dangerous temperatures - it's just that the higher wattage user has more airflow and more surface area on the coil and a shorter pull.

Because of this 'danger', I'd actually be surprised if ProVape did not have some form of temperature limiting in the Radius, as at 40W you can really get yourself in trouble with liquid breakdown, in the right (or wrong as it may be) conditions. My guess is there's a 60% chance it will have temp limiting, reserved because of the lack of enough study about nickel.
