Happy Friday everyone. Next week we will have more information available along with a release date.

HA!

I was right, side by side battery mod rounded (or radius-ed) on both ends.

If its gonna vape @ sub ohm and above 20 watts its gonna need two batteries......unless you want to replace them every couple of hours.

So...latest questions. Why the 'join' and what is this at the bottom and why the 'cut out'?

to me, a built in battery ... translates into disposable

Well, a built in battery that is user replaceable isn't disposable, and I seriously doubt ProVape would make such an error, as to have a non user replaceable battery.

Exactly. ProVape builds mods that last. The opposite of disposable.
USB for charging is not ideal. It's a weak point. That mini USB tells me it's for user upgrades.

USB for charging the way some companies do it isn't ideal... but if a smart charger is built into the device, there's no reason why it wouldn't be at least as good as a free-standing charger.

MILLIONS of iPhones, iPads and Galaxies charge with USB and it seems to work pretty well.

that seam could just be lighting/shadow
The notch is odd.
Random theories:
- that's for the docking/charging stand!
- that's a gap between 2 batteries
- that's the "on/off" switch
- I have no friggin idea.

That cutout at the bottom looks like the prongs on the head unit of an Innokin Disrupter.

You can see them at the 6:25 mark in Pbusardos review here.

Perhaps its a tougher electrical connection than your typical mini usb port?

Yes! maybe it has a circular docking stand that it slots into like the radius intersects the circle!

I'm not seeing where there is room for two batteries with that USB port in the way.

Also - don't think it's a side by side as I think this is the p3 type connector
Radius SC 3.jpg

but this photo looks wrong as the connector is too high (if that's what it is) and the screws are in an odd position in relation to it (I think it's not attached to the mod in this picture)

@Vape360 could we please have an actual day and exact time when further info is to be revealed? I need to get some work done without distractions so I can save some money and try to catch up with @Zen~ (I used to be a willyzee- wannabe but now I'm aiming higher....) :)

One more thing - interesting 'r' - two adjoining circles? I still wonder if the 'radius' name has some reference to 'intersecting'/ modules of some sort.

You beat me to it!

You all know how I like puzzles and pondering, so please indulge me while I attempt to be a grassy knoll it all.

Forget what I posted earlier about synonyms for "Radius." I think it refers to a turning radius. Turning being the operative word.

And the circles or dots; whatever, something round. Actually, two round somethings. Perhaps "two" is a clue.

I am intrigued by this thingy. Is it a clamp or something...or something? The angle is weird, but part of it kind of looks like it could almost be a lever. And, like, ya know, levers have a turning radius and stuff. Or it might be a plastic shrew,

Edit: I have since abandoned the following theory, although I still think it's cool.

What if someone were to take the concept of the Sunbox, but redesign it, so a box mod could be used? It could be two devices in one - a squonker or a box mod, whichever someone wanted to use. And turning would be involved to switch them out. (I have no idea how this might work.)

Sunbox.jpg

Personally, I think the pictures @Vape360 has shown us are of unassembled parts to keep us guessing. The P3 connection in the above picture may well just be sitting on the device, not attached to it.

I reserve the right to change my mind about everything I have posted, since I'm just blowing bubbles anyway.

Yes - think we're thinking along the same lines. This image also interests me - because of this curve.
