Please, please PLEAAASSSSEEEEEE make this dual 18650 with 75+ watts!!!!! My normal vape is a dripper at 60 watts, but I've been known to take it up to 80-90 Watts. I still use my ProVari 2.5 at work (workday tootle puffer) but I NEED a provape device at 75+ Watts. I have spare children that they can have!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's about time - while there has been plenty of gerbil safety training available, this new hamster application needs our understanding, and caution. Better now than after someone has a stacked hamster incident.

And of course you're correct... plus, even though the instructions will explicitly say a hamster is required for safe operation, some people will flirt with disaster and shove a gerbil in there, or a field mouse... heck I would not be surprised to see a genetically modified guinea pig. The manufacturers recommendations are generally ignored once people learn 4% of the math required to make safe engineering decisions.

The device has been designed, The pictures have been posted... there isn't room for dual batteries, it's not going to be 75 watts. ProVape doesn't want your children any more than you do.

IIRC, @Vape360 said something about there being multiple versions being released. That may mean simply different color options, or it could mean there will be single AND dual cell versions with different power ratings. Only time, and the agony of waiting for our daily tease will tell.

EDIT: From yesterday's announcement, "We are going to share some pictures of the different models throughout the week." Different models indicates, to me anyway, multiple options will be available. But again, we'll all just hafta wait and see.

Speaking of which, it's tomorrow. Where's our tease?

@Zen~ I watched your "Fireside Chat" with PB a couple of hours ago. Awhile back Dave sent me a couple of links to articles about vapor deposition, but your comments about how different colors react was more interesting. How has the lounge worked out?

While I like this post...

I do not think for a minute that ProVape would (nor should they) trust a user to properly manage two batteries.

But... On the other hand, If they begin developing their own battery (not user replaceable) things might change.

Just my thoughts, Jim

It could... I forgot about the "multiple versions" aspect. I think he said multiple "models".... I'm hoping one of the models has the automatic hamster feeder and litter changer, because keeping a hamster fresh on a 75 watt device will be a daunting task.

Look into your vast inventory of friends... now look past that at THEIR associates... A great engineer designs their devices for the DUMBEST friend of the DUMBEST guy you know. You can bet your life that they will think twice about trusting people to manage multiple cells.

I'm thinking an 18350 mini box/20 watts for us toodle puffers and a dual 18650 in series Gere Special Edition, just because they can.
