Great, now I need to buy a PC... Tootle puffers use Macs ;)

Zen, as I'm sure you already know, you can get Parallels and run Windows on your Mac. It's not the most fun I ever had, but Windows running on a Mac via Parallels is a much better experience than Windows on a PC.

Hello,

One of my favorites....Midnight Blue

As promised, let's talk about the USB port. The Radius has a microUSB port for charging the removable 18650 battery and something you all have been asking for...Firmware/software updates!
In the coming weeks we will have a download available for PC that allows you to upgrade the device at home.

Will there be a Linux port of the software?

I know the release of the P3 Roomba interface is a make it or break it issue for a number of us. Keeping my fingers crossed!

OOOH, I didn't think of that... Yes, put me down for that as well.

One more reason Jackie and I aren't allowed in the Tootle Puffers club.

Wait... You were made an honorary member months ago... your pictures are on the wall of the club house with the caption: "T-PALS... Tootle Puffers At Large"

We wondered why you missed the induction ceremony, I guess you didn't get the memo... sad, was a grand party. We even had the "Cremation of Crap" ceremony where we had a big bonfire to toss all the broken mods that failed us along our journey. Vape360 very solemnly read the words to "desiderata", it was very moving. I teared up a little. Then we all gathered around the fire and had a Stealth Vaping competition... it was great fun.

Oh I know, but every time Mac upgrades the OS (for free, by the way) My version of parallels needs an update, for $$. I haven't upgraded parallels since I had... oh hell, what was that version... Mountain Lion? Snow Lion? Oceleot? wait... it was Pygmy Pony, I think... I think we're up to El Dingo now.

The thread title and initial tease photo call it the Provari Radius.

Busardo calls it the Provape Radius.

Will it carry the Provari name?

Provape is the company. A Provari is the device. So if Provape follows suit on the Radius, the P3 ring will say Provape and the device will say either Radius or Provari Radius.

For a less expensive alternative you can also download and install VirtualBox for mac free here.

I believe you will need to download the extension pack for the USB drivers. That download is located in the same link above.

Then download a free (90 day trial) virtualbox image of Windows 7 to install. It is recommended that you take a snapshot when you install the Windows image so you can roll back when it expires. The download is here.

Yes it will...

It will be called many things by many people. Both fanbois and haters alike will be talking about this lil jewel for years to come.

Provape is the company. A Provari is the device.

... there was, once upon a time, a device (I am proud owner of one of maybe the last ones offered on the Provape site) called Provape-1 too :)

When I opened a new thread about the Radius in the German forum last Monday, I made the same "mistake" and called it "Provape Radius" first, maybe because I have always associated "Provari" with a tube mod.

That's OK. You are forgiven!

Obviously, YOU like trolling/stirring the pot, attacking Steve for liking hot women that like hot women and calling him a bigot for questioning inferior Chinese products.
Please quit harassing me. You obviously missed the posts that I'm referring to. His posts were not about hot women or specific products.
