Good for you and I'm glad you came out unscathed. I don't know or for that matter really care if you submerged your brand new Galaxy on purpose. I'm just the kind of person who takes extremely great care of my things and I wouldn't ever intentionally submerge anything that shouldn't be submerged. Heck, I have dive watches, some rated to 1000 meters and I don't get them wet.

It wasn't mine, it was my mother's. Her last phone (iPhone 5) got wet when she was walking on the beach and a rogue wave got her. She asked me for recommendations on a new device, I recommended and she purchased. She requested I test it, I did.

What's the point of buying a divers watch if you don't dive, for collecting I assume?

If I had such a watch I would go out to the shelf, tie it to a line and drop it down to the bottom...call it a need to know.

Steve, are you familiar with mods that Mamu made? If so, do you know of any dissatisfied clients? Many of hers were lipo with USB as the sole charging option.

She's just one of many, but possibly the most highly regarded (and for good reason).

I'm just making the point that it's interesting that USB has become such a big issue now that ProVape is releasing one.

I'm also curious as to why this suddenly became a huge issue after all these years.

Those mods have a history of not working correctly when dry...
There's such a thing as Bluetooth...
The port makes it not as durable as a 2.5 or P3 or Classic. That's all...

ProVape is known for reliability and their new mod has a serious weak point...
I assumed they are all China mods, which have iffy reliability in ideal conditions...
Sandra is a non smoker/non nicotine user...

Yes, I'm a big watch guy. In fact, I wrote an article about the watch I mentioned is 1000m, which was published in a national watch magazine last summer. If anyone would like to read the article, I'm attaching it here:
