Like most fine art, I love to look at watches and admire them. My best watch is a $2K Tag, but I also wear a $30 digital. Yeah, Sir Rod's eyes will light up when he gets caught up here.

I do have one "nice" watch, a Croton chronograph.....picked up at a thrift shop for nothing, but it needs a battery.....
Back when I did have expendable income, I had a couple Swiss made invictas...no Rolex, but pretty darn nice, but changes in life saw those sold to a pawn shop....along with my Breedelove acoustic guitar (that hurt the most).
Someday I'll be back on top, and I'll have a solid gold radius to celebrate the occasion

I wear a $12.95 digital.....out of necessity, but dream of the day my wrist will feel complete with a nice one again....I'm with watches like many women are with shoes

The astron is a nice watch. I don't know if you've ever heard of Grand Seiko, but attached is a rather lengthy review of my Grand Seiko in a watch forum I hang out on as well as my time here at ECF. I'm a watch guy through and through. Grand Seiko's are hand marvels of perfection that compete with the best of the best mechanical movement watches out there. Warning, it's a long read, but hopefully an interesting one:

My favorite watch is one of my most understated and least expensive-
This one's nice with a suit.
My favourite is a 20 y old Casio G-Shock DW6700 Skyforce I picked up used a few years back from a youngster who sold it for 15 bucks. Still going strong.

I picked up a really nice Seiko automatic when I was based in Okinawa. I loved that thing......stainless steel, understaded but elegant, super accurate......it disappeared on my move back stateside.......

I have PIF'd ProVaris before - excitedly knowing how much they would be loved, which was confirmed (of course!) but there is one thing I wanted that so far I haven't received...
Will you please, please, PLEASE put an atty on that you are used to (for comparison) and video the first drags you take off the Radius! It doesn't have to be high quality, I just want to see your expression.
