Good morning.I gotta' say that I've been happily vaping on the Radius with Kabuki all morning. It's really a phenomenal combination. Simply Awesome. I'm not a cloud guy, but this combo at 10 watts with a 1.6 ohm coil does create massive amounts of vapor. And the Kabuki is so smooth. I love the feel of the Radius in my hand and with the excellent air adjustment on the Kabuki, you can dial it in so perfectly to your vaping style.
Hey Zen.......the only thing that is a possible issue for me on the Kabuki is the 3ml tank. I'm clearly going to have to bring juice with me as 3ml may not last till I get home tonight. Have you considered making a Kabuki with a larger tank? Otherwise, you did an amazing thing with this atty. Yes you did!!
Very nice combo! You lucky americans, we have to make do with gas BB and pellet guns for shootingnot forgetting how screwed we will be in the UK once a zombie apocalypse happens, ill have to get a crossbow instead I guess!
Good morning.
Short post.
Larger Kabuki tank messes with the vacuum of the system.
Zen has masterfully designed it with the perfect size tank for optimal performance.
Day 2 with my Radius. I am SO happy to be back, for me there is just no need for any other Mod.
My biggest initial concern upon announcement was the 40 Watts. Using the Vaporshark DNA 200 and a Uwell Crown at 45 Watts with a .50 ohm coil I was initially bummed. I was using that setup for a couple of weeks, and the reality became this. I was going through about 25ml a day, that was concerning. It was loud, I'd be talking on the phone taking a Vape and people ask what the hell that is. Overall the flavor is big, but so are the clouds. A lot of people like big clouds, but in my unventilated office it looks like a Vape shop. Watching TV with my family, the cloud was lingering. It became overkill. It's not bad every once in a while, but it becomes a bit much all the time. The larger size of the tank and DNA200 got me away from the portability I like as well.
So on launch day I hit the buy button, and yesterday got my Vape mail. I popped my Subtank on and got a nice satisfying Vape right away at 30 Watts. 35 with boost on 2 was the sweet spot. In the meantime I have been reading through tons of posts on the Kabuki thread. I popped my old Nautilus on and Vaped a bit there and pulled the trigger on the P3 Kabuki with an extra glass.
I figure I will get the best of both worlds with the Kabuki for most of the day, and Sub Tank for heavier flavor.
So my review of the Radius is nothing but positive. It is solid, not too heavy, a I mentioned previously, the rounded edges fits in my hand nicely and doesn't weigh down the pocket. The plastic is HIGH quality, this was not cheap and it does not feel cheap. The textured finish provides perfect grip. The black is not a deep black, but almost a very dark gray. The steel gives it the weight that it needs, and the bead blasted finish is a nice touch. The display is easy to read, the menu system is easy to navigate as much as the P3 and the up/down buttons were much needed because that was annoying on the P3, I would always pass the wattage I wanted. I like that I could change the color on the button, Blue right now for the Mets, and it will be green for the Jets.
Today I am Vaping the Nautilus as I await my Kabuki. This device has gotten me to rethink the way I Vape. I went from a P3 to n iStick 30, to SX Mini to the DNA 40, to P4u D2, to DNA 200, and I am perfectly happy to come right back to the brand that got me started, so happy that I think I will be selling some equipment, this will be pretty much all I need.

And of course the Ghost white will be the lightest as Hamsters in spirit form are weightless![]()
The same thing happened with me. I started with my Provari Classic and Nautilus tank when I initially got into vaping to quit smoking. Then, as the sub ohm craze took over, I ended up with higher and higher wattage devices and tanks that could blow huge clouds. Like you, I was going through juice like mad and it wasn't exactly perfect for an office environment. So, I busted out the Kayfun, put a new build in it and fired up my P3 again. I forgot how much I enjoyed that vape experience. I still enjoy tinkering around with my mech mods and RDAs at home but my Provari and a sensible tank will be my new day vape. Looking forward to my Radius and Kabuki combo!
It's still hard to beat a provari/kayfun combo. Nice to branch out but also nice to know you always have the provari/kayfun.The same thing happened with me.
