Day 2 preliminary cell discharge results:

Using the Sammy 25R I got about a day (11 hours) out of the cell. When it stopped firing the cell read 3.1 volts on my charger and of course the bat icon was empty. Yes all the buttons flash red. What is interesting is just prior to a depleted cell the screen would turn black (no display) on an intermittent basis but the R still fired properly. At first this drove me nutzo and I had to take my meds BUT in retrospect that could be used as another visual que to swap or charge. When you think about it, it takes power to display the data on the screen. I'm satisfied with these results even though they are preliminary.

I was vaping at either 30 watts or 13 watts depending on the topper (Crown or KFL+) and my total juice consumption which I did not measure was around 7ML. I take medium draws that are about 3 seconds and I don't blow clouds or perform MTL hits. I've got a LG HG2 in the R just for kicks to see if I notice any difference in the cell life.

Perhaps this is just me and my geeky nature but I really miss the bat volts display like in the 2.5 or a drill down display in the P3. Perhaps this could be a tweak via a firmware upgrade. /fingers crossed

:)

OK, time for a Zen real world test. Left the house with just a Radius, Kabuki, extra juice, and a new coil (for in my desk) if I need it. Hope this works, I always have had a backup of a backup with me.

You are ABOUT to experience the best vaping experience there is... simplicity! It's like the boy-in-the-bubble finally being free to walk about in the world... lol... Honestly, I just LOVE being able to grab my device and go! I only take one watch, one cell phone, one car and one set of glasses when I go out, yet... I used to carry THREE PVs... 4 or 5 batteries... And so much dunnage that having an infant with a diaper bag was easier... I truly feel like I have been freed from all that!

OK, apparently it's normal for the black model, I was just curious if the same thing happens on the midnight blue so if anyone here got their MB color please comment if you have the same lines.

It's on all 4 colors. And it's normal for flat molded PolyCarbonate.

Hey Zen.......the only thing that is a possible issue for me on the Kabuki is the 3ml tank. I'm clearly going to have to bring juice with me as 3ml may not last till I get home tonight. Have you considered making a Kabuki with a larger tank? Otherwise, you did an amazing thing with this atty. Yes you did!!

I have considered making a bigger tank, in fact, the original design was larger, and it just didn't work as well. This is why the Nautilus Mini wicks MUCH better than the full size Nautilus. The laws of physics are my masters, and long ago I learned they don't care what I want or think. I REALLY wish on occasion they would, the world would be a cooler place, and we would all have the flying cars we were promised by the year 2000.

And I am VERY bitter about not having my flying car.

I ordered about 6am on day 2, black, still no shipping notice. Anxiously awaiting one since:

1. My newly ordered Kabuki is sitting on my desk taunting me.
2. I need to sell my Innokin disruptor. The subbox mini will be my backup since it takes 18650s also.

I have never been a fan of big tanks, from independent reasons (prefer smaller and light devices), and the possible role of pressure by more liquid is something I hear about again and again.

But, let me ask you something: If this is the case, why don't you make an even smaller tank - preferably for the very versatile kanger BCC coils? For me, they have a huge advantage: you don't have to recoil them, but if you feel like it, you can do it so easily, and to change the cotton is very simple. It is the most accessible atomizer head I know. And the Radius is readily compatible with a slimmer than 22 mm tank too.

OK Guys and Gals, here is the link to the JWraps Radius Cup Holder. A Bargain at $16 and just made available to us today.

I'm ordering one immediately!

http://www.jwraps.com/product_p/provari-radius-cupholder.htm

Also, here's how accessible the guys are at JWraps. The Designer of the cup holder said to add the following:

"If anyone would like a juice slot, or other mod in their cup, just have them email me so I can make it for them.

My email is jon@jwraps.com

That's customer service. Yes it is!

Nice! Just picked one up. Thanks for sharing. I have one with three holes from them for my other two PVs so this will be a nice addition. Now I can take my P3 and my Radius with me!

I'm glad you ordered one. They asked me what I thought would be the best option for the cup, a Radius and 30ml juice holder or a Radius and Mod holder and I suggested that many who order this likely also would want to carry their P3/P2.5, so that's the first one they came out with. What's nice is they will be happy to customize them for someone's need if this isn't what they're looking for.

I have heard from good sources that the BCC coils are interchangeable with subtank mini coils, so even more versatile. It appears Kanger has kept the same fittings for their single coil lines. Of course that also means you could use the Subtank RDA for a dedicated rebuild deck. That can actually be bought as a separate item so you don't need to buy a subtank mini to get it.

Congratulations to all who received their Radii! Hoping mine will arrive tomorrow ... It isn't coming from the Mothership, but rather from Iowa (which, I think, is close :)). So, the Kabuki I ordered to go with is the P3 version. Was that right?
