Order yourself a replacement glass from Spectrum tanks. The O-rings that come with Steve's glass are always fatter. When I tried to put the stock glass on with the Spectrum O-rings, it was VERY tight. That should work to save your new plexi tank, and you'll have a spare glass...he does colors too.

Still pretty numb. You folks provide a fine distraction from reality. Thank you.
Great to hear from you Sir. And thanks for the suggestion.

Hawaii, but now in cold Illinois
I'm sure there are millions of vapers that have not bought one yet...

But all the cool kids have one...

Listen closely now as I verbally expatiate three "neeners" in your general direction.
That's it... Throwing my kabuki and zap out my window. When I'm cool, I'll consider them again. For now, strictly cartos and egos.

So I wanted to give a quick write up from a full work week Vaping with my Radius.

I originally started out with the Subtank which handled nicely for the sub ohm Vaping. The rest of the week until yesterday I was Vaping with the Nautilus to get used to going back to higher ohms and lower wattage. Wasn't unsatisfying, but it reminded me why I started moving towards the sub ohm tanks.

Then last night the package completed itself. My P3 Kabuki arrived. I opened the box, unscrewed that Kabuki Jar (nice touch Zen [emoji6]). I cracked the holder off, lubed the O ring, tightened up and primed the coil, let it sit, and then it happened. I screwed the Kabuki onto my Radius and an instant smile cracked. I started Vaping and started slightly disappointed, and then the more I Vaped, the more I tasted it. Tones of flavor I hadn't tasted before in any other tank. I've been Vaping Charlie Noble Sollers Pointe. They had mentioned banana that I never tasted that the Kabuki brought to life. Every flavor could be distinguished. This was not just marketing, this tank really does enhance the flavor that I had not experienced on any tank I have used. With the Radius it is steady and convenient performance, and the Kabuki is providing the delivery of taste like didn't expect, but hoped for.
It is all so well balanced out. The Radius has been solid. I had no doubt buying a Provape product I would get quality, and I was not disappointed even a little. With the Kabuki I walked in with lower expectations and have been pleasantly surprised. Together they work so well I really don't see the need for another setup. The payoff is I am enjoying the flavor boost of Sub ohm tanks, I went up a bit in nicotine but anticipate going through juice a lot slower and saving money again.
The only negative has been a little on the battery. On the Nautilus I was still at 2/3 battery after a full day. For some reason it dropped a little below half by mid day. I will account for going from 9 to 11 watts as a contributor to that. I will be buying an extra battery tomorrow and will give it a full day without charging before I draw a final conclusion. The meter has been a little sporadic. Big thumbs up overall. I have also accumulated point through Provape that when they mature I am thinking I may end up purchasing a second Kabuki. [emoji16]

Edit: I wanted to throw a mention regarding the 316L stainless steel. I am a watch nut as well, and this was a great quality choice for material on the Kabuki. First of all it is a much higher quality steel than what we get on other tanks, this is the same steel used on great quality high end watches, it is more durable and looks great!

To conclude, here is my bad phone photo of the combo.

Awesome review. I just got it today and I definitely argue with you on the batter life. It's does seem sporadic and it seems to drain fast. Other than that I think this will be a daily driver with one of my sx minis for some sub ohm tanking. You and everyone else is convincing me to get one of those Kabuki tanks but I don't know with the way I vape if I'll enjoy it.

Thank you very much. You will not get the same clouds, and if that is what you are chasing don't get it. But amongst everything I wrote about there, the flavor is where it is at with this tank.

I don't chase clouds. I'm not about that life lol. I do like a nice restricted lung inhale. I have a kayfun 4 with the sub ohm kit and that is exactly the flavor and airflow I enjoy. I like flavor way more than putting out a huge cloud.

I love it so far! First night, so I can't begin to guess about battery life. It will get a full charge tonight. And tomorrow, it will go through the high wattage test. I haven't seen that overview yet. I vape both ways, and yes, 40 watts is high enough for me. But I bought it for the watts, so that's what I'm going to test it for. In the morning it will get the dual coil squapeR, at about.4 ohm coil, pushing the limits. I don't think I'll be disappointed, but I am curious about battery life.

Just a FYI on the battery meter and fluctuations that you may see. That's the way it's supposed to work. It's using a more sophisticated method of calculation. From the Mothership and bolded by me.pdf:

The battery gauge tells you how much energy is available to the atomizer. This new approach is a little
different than a typical battery percentage meter. Most percentage meters, like on your cell phone, “count
down” so the battery level is always going down until you reach 0%. The ProVari Radius works more like
an average mileage calculator on a car. As you speed up (or raise your power level), the miles per gallon
will go down because you are using more fuel. As you slow down (lower your power level), the miles per
gallon go up. This is a much more accurate way of telling the user how much energy is left in the battery
for the atomizer to use. This number changes based on the power level you have the Radius set to along
with your style of vaping. You will notice that this percentage will adjust as you change settings and it’s
perfectly normal for it to go back up as the battery recovers between uses.
When you first insert your
battery, you will see two question marks: ??. This simply indicates the Radius is evaluating the battery
and after 1-2 puffs, it will update the status of the battery.

I'd be interested on how it compares to your previous mod for that set up. Swap between the two and ramp up the radius until it equals(or beats) your other mod in the vape and note any difference in watts, with and without boost.

Well, i ordered a second radius and kaubuki. Onyx black and the p3 black oring kabuki.

I think i will keep the vector on the cabarnet, it seems like i can probably get through a day on a charge since i alternate between that and the tanks. And i really love the hand feel, size, look... Really nice.

For a while i'm going to see how the p3 + kabuki, radius + vector and radius + kabuki do me for every day being at home, out and about and such... I'm thinking it might be a slam dunk/home run/toot toot whatever word for perfection you wish!

I can tell you already that the ohm reading is different. Haven't gotten my little ohm meter out for a third reading but reads about .03 lower on the radius. Other mod is an ipv4.
