That segment was years ago, but the neo nazi's are still around today. I for the life of me can't imagine anyone who actually thought Hitler was sane. From 1939 to the day he put a bullet in his head he never did one thing right for the German people.
Amazing how an insane man, could rise to such power and murder so many millions of people.
The unique aspect (for me) is that the NAZI rise to power was not accomplished by violent revolution as in Russia, China, Cuba, for instance. This party was voted into power. It is amazing, frightening and a cautionary tale on the power of a cult of personality.
Of interest to me, also, is that at the same time Hitler rose, although it took cataclysmic events, another powerful personality was rising - Winston Churchill. The difference in outcome could not be more stark. No Churchill - no freedom.

Hitler came to power in 1933 with 33% of the vote which was a majority at the time. There was the Brown shirts who killed any opposition to the Nazi party along with the night of the broken glass. Hitler killed thousands and thousands of Germans who didn't support the Nazi party. From 1933 on Hitler controlled all of the press and all of the radio broadcasts.
For reference: long ago Praetor Lion (a.k.a. EddardinWinter) came up with a fanboy point system. It was initially created to measure the value of insults being hurdled at us, but later became our measure of ProVari fans in general.

I'm trying to quit vaping and break the nicotine addiction. Its makes it more difficult when fancy new devices like this come out because I am drawn to them. They are a cool new tech toy and there's nothing like having a new "best friend" at your side, all day every day to take care of your cravings and provide you with endless hours of enjoyment. I want to quit, so seeing a fancy new provari is just irritating to me because a part of me wants it, but giving in to that kind of desire is counter productive to my goals.
A fancy new vaping device is a special kind of tech toy. Its unique because its very personal to us as vapers. We have it with us all the time, kind of like a cell phone, but these devices create a magic fog that penetrates our bodies, making love to our insides and satisfying our desires for nicotine. Its a magic tech toy that effects the way we physically feel. This adds to the appeal and creates a new level of complexity with regard to our relationships with these devices. The appeal to hardware plays a significant roll in pulling me away from tobacco, but also in keeping me stuck on vaping.

I know for me, I would find it near impossible to quit vaping. I found it near impossible to give up the stinkies, even though I knew with each one, I was killing myself, slowly and horribly. Vaping is such a positive for me and something I enjoy so much, that giving it up and the friends I've made here on ECF would take too much away.

Hmm, i don't know about that. I have the PILA charger, the highest quality battery charger you can buy and my batteries get very warm during charging due to how fast the PILA charges batteries..
Does the PILA Charger let you charge at slower charge rates? The XTAR, which I think is also a very high quality charger lets me charge at slower rates, thus my batteries being charged slower, don't get warm.
Thanks. I'm down to 1.5mg nic, which of course is very low. My nic dependency seems to be hanging on by a thread, but that last thread is a strong one. I am not as motivated by physical cravings as I once was, so interesting things have happened. For instance, I was cleaning my Kayfun to prepare it for re wicking, and as I was rinsing it out I realized I was doing it out of habit and not because I had a nagging nic craving forcing me to do it. I saw the air holes in the K4 and, without even trying, the thought came to my mind, "why do you choose to suck air through those metal holes?"
It felt odd to me that I would choose to breathe though a fancy, complicated metal straw and I felt that I wouldn't do that under any other circumstance and I really knew that I only do these strange things because of the nicotine addiction. It directs my thoughts, controls my actions, and spends my money for me on things I don't really want. I am breaking this.

As RB said the Xtar charges at 3 power levels from 1/4 to 1 Amp. I never charged at the 1 Amp level so my batteries have never been warm.
For me, it's more than the nicotine addiction, which I know is very strong. If it was just sucking vaporized juice through a metal straw, maybe many of us could get off nicotine completely. But there's the mental aspect as well. I tried the patch, gum, lozenges, like so many of us did, but that did nothing. I am not just addicted to nicotine. I am perhaps as much, if not more addicted to the activity of inhaling and exhaling a cloud. Like most of us, the act of smoking was so pleasurable. Lighting up that smoke, taking a drag and exhaling [and seeing the exhaled smoke] was likely permanently ingrained into my brain. So, vaping provides that activity, which I'm addicted to. Even if I were to get off nicotine, I'd likely suck zero nicotine juice through those metal holes. Yes I would!

All the more reason to crown Zen as the Provape Fanboi of the decade. He makes mods himself, yet owns a mountain of Provari and not only owns them, but displays then like trophies in a wall case. Yes he does.
Now if we feel we need two categories of Fanboi'ism, we can Crown Zen the Supplier Fanboi of Provari and WillyZ the Customer Fanboi of Provari.
