Just got mine today too! Shipping notification that is. I ordered on Halloween after I had been drinking
This is for a Black Onyx to go with my Midnight Blue.

I came home this evening and dinner was ready. I put my Radius on my vape stand on the side table where I sit at night and was eating my dinner, when Charlie noticed one of the kittens sniffing it and as quickly as I could get over there, one bat was all it took for my Prized Cabernet Red Radius to go flying and land hard on the floor.
Sadly, it did not take the fall well. The fall did something, and it won't vape. All three buttons light up red and that's it.
I'm going to open a ticket with Provape and of course it's not their fault one of the kittens decided to treat my Radius as a toy.
I haz major league sad...........

ETA: How hard did the kitty bat it? I've had almost all my 'Varis fall on a hardwood floor and one fall from the top of my car to the cement garage floor. I hope this is an isolated event and not an omen.

What's really awesome is that since it was shipped today, it will be delivered on Saturday, which means I get to avoid a possible trip to the post office! Yessssss!

For me on my Blue Radius it was 2 days (to Pittsburgh, PA area). So I'm expecting it on Fri. It's being shipped to my work, so here's hoping I get it Fri or I'm waiting til Monday....

Oh man R, VERY sorry to hear this. That ain't Provari behaviour either! I have literally KICKED my tube P (accidently) halfway down the block, and it still worked. Ripped the GUTS out, tore the button membrane, and with a lil superglue, Poof. Life. I hope this is an anomaly.. DEFINITELY the best selling point of the Provari, all the lickin it can take and still keep tickin.

Im thinking now if that should be a concern with the Radius (well, of course, one should not drop electronic devices, they're not made for that). Dropped my SS P3 a few times, once very hard on concrete - no issue...

I'm sure it's just an odd thing it decided it didn't like being batted off a table. It did fall pretty hard on a hardwood floor.
The P3 is in use as I type and yes, I have no fear the Mothership will take great care of me.
Prolly just bad luck........
I don't know if I can make it the rest of the week. I may just have to buy another one from my local Vape Shop. I called and they do have one in Black and I asked them to put my name on it.
Once my Cabernet has been fixed at the Provape Spa, I'll have a P3 and Two Radii.

I have no doubts a Radius can take a fall and keep on ticking. Somehow though, this one decided it wouldn't. Again, it's not Provape's fault and they'll take care of it.
No worries R. Provape will make it feel better when they get it. I have no fears. I just can't stand the thought of not having it in my hands.
It was Eri. Charlie said she's been in a destructive binge all day. TO said she saw sumpin in her eyes and today I have to agree with her.

Yes, that's the first thing I did. The battery pre-fall had almost a full charge. I'm letting the Radius sit with the battery out for a while and will put it back in in a bit and see, but I have my doubts that will do anything.
BTW, Zen. The Kabuki took the fall well. It was completely unscathed.
