My coil is 1.5Ωs and I run it between 12-14 watts either w/ a KFL lite or KFLV4.
I got a 1.3 now and was doing 12.5w and getting dry hits. I am using a squape on this one. Tried to rewick it and lifted the coil some and still dry. Gonna have to keep playing with it. Hate that vacation is over now. Lol but I did do a nice one in my kanger I think it is. 8 running at 16 and it is a dream.

I buy 99% alcohol on Amazon. A bottle lasts a long time. I've been using the same bottle for over 2 years and I've only used 1/3 of it. I did spill some too.

Yippee on 99% alcoholio. I also get mine from Amazonia. And yes, it's lasts a long time, tho I've not spilled much. Ok some.

Ok, yes, I spilled a bunch. :facepalm:

I still have a half bottle of what Preloader gifted me. (If it was PoM who sent it, please forgive me. It's been awhile and I get your cutie avatars confused.)

Wooooow...mind=blown.

Speaking of fleaBay, there's a used satin black P3 up right now, in what appears to be excellent condition. The seller is asking $125 or best offer. I'm somewhat tempted, I must say, despite the fact that I haven't really touched my P2.5 since I got the Radius.

Agreed 100%. Why spend $75 on a P3-threaded Nautilus when a Kabuki can be had for just $15 more? How much of a collector's item can it really be?

I think it was probably bought by someone who likes the P3 Nauti, knows that it has been discontinued, but isn't tuned into the vape scene beyond that.

Or maybe a non-vaper bought it as a present for the vaper in their life.

Ooooh...I've been lusting after one of those for a while. It's a great deal, but I was considering offering $100 to the eBay seller and seeing if they accept. I'll sleep on it and see if I feel the same way tomorrow!

A lighter might not be enough power. I use a butane torch with a pin point flame. I'm surprised the 99% didn't work. I know others that use it clean pipes and things. I wonder if an ultrasonic cleaner would work. I know it's not a big deal, but things like this bug me if I have to look at it.
You do realize that you can just use a small brush to clean of the gunk. I rarely dry burn anymore. As long as the coil is still wet with juice just brush the funk off before pulling the wick and run a micro brush throug it after pulling the wick. Then just rinse. Pg/vg don't really let stuff stick.
