Has anyone noticed the kayfun V4 is no longer listed on ProVape's website? I'm very happy with my Kabukis, but I have thought about buying a real kayfun and would like to have it with the P3 connector. I know I can probably get that elsewhere. It would be nice to order from one place. I hope this just means they are out-of-stock and will have more in the future.

I wrote Provape and was told that it is sold out but that more are on the way.

Turn it down.

Sorry ... you might not find that funny but the devil in me couldn't resist.

I'm other news ... I got nothing. [emoji41]

Note 5!!!

It is not quite that simple because I experience the problem at any wattage. It did fire for a few moments at lower wattages, heating the coils in seemingly random places then would revert back to the error message

"...heating the coils in seemingly random places..." do you mean like the coils aren't heating evenly from the middle outward when you test fire?

Well, you're about the only person who's had an issue in the last couple weeks. It's a new device and new devices do have some teething to go through. My main point was over the last few weeks, incidence of issues has gone waaaaaaay down.

I totally agree with you RB. In hindsight I probably shouldn't have brought it up as like you said, reports here of issues have indeed dropped off to next to nothing in the last weeks/month.

No worries Mike. You did have an issue and I had forgotten that.

I just discovered that you can blow vapor out of the Kabuki air hole. :)

Neat innit? But I don't think I've had a top I couldn't blow vapor out of the air hole?

Not out of all I have. I mostly vape the Rüzgar and it doesn't work with it. I know I've done it before, but I don't recall which ones.

Weird! It can be done with all my tanks (Kabuki, Russian 91%, Kayfun V4, Kanger Subtank and Kir Fanis Prive Special). I wonder if it's more common for tanks being able to exhaust vapor through air holes than not?

Well, I got my p3 KF4 set up. Filled with Provapes cinn-ful pear. Damn good flavor with just the right amount of cinnamon.

Things are very stable with the Radius. Even with the cap issues, we still maintained a very low failure rate.

Pv1, 2.0, 2.5 and P3 all went through their initial period of working bugs out. It's pretty common for any new product. :)

As for the beta, things are going very well and we should be ready to release soon. I'll have more details ASAP.

Thank you to all who helped with this release.

Cheers
Any product can have problems. When my (fist day shipment) Radius failed with what appeared to be a capacitor problem, I had a brand new Radius shipped out to me same or next day, with a preprinted RMA return form and prepaid mailing label. No questions asked, except to verify shipping address and color.

I have a failed EVIC-VTC Mini. I have to mail it back to the seller at my expense. Still working on that since I don't have access to a printer at the moment. That's the Provape difference.

I guess mail service is the same everywhere!

It's actually still listed, if you follow the link directly to the Kayfun V4 page (Kayfun V4 P3 connector), but comes up as out of stock. Oddly enough, it seems that a lot of vendors are out of KF4 tanks and accessories.

It's back in-stock now. And at I slight reduced price, if my memory is good. Now $160 vs. $180.

Haven't heard from the Mothership since we got the 2nd Beta for testing, but we have a group PM for testers and none of us have found anything that could prevent the release. So, I'd predict it's coming soon.

R, the Radius is doing great. When they were first released, there was a batch that got out with a capacitor that in some cases failed. Given the high number of Radii sold, this was a very small percentage. I myself got one. But Provape figured out what was going on, pulled those capacitors off and they're using a different one that so far is working like a champ. Over the last few weeks, there have been virtually no reports here of anyone needing to send theirs back. I have absolutely every confidence in my device and I'm sure you'll be really pleased when you get one. It's my daily device these days. Along with my 3 P3 Kabukii and I'm a beyond happy camper. Yes I am.

I'm happy with both of mine, one of which was the first batch, are working great. Zero issues.

That's great! It was only a small percentage of first batch Radii that got a not too cooperative capacitor. May both your devices keep you happy for years to come!

Pretty sure it was $160 when I looked a few weeks ago
Price dropped awhile back - originally it was the same price as the retail 510 version, but came with the P3 kit - so even at retail, it was a better price as the P3 was an option elsewhere (I know - I took advantage of the pricing).

Ike, wow that looks nice! I have a KF4 clone that I bought from one of the China stores for the huge price of 13 bucks. I figured it would be crap, but it would work well enough that I actually try my hand at building. To my amazement it's very nice. And I have managed to get a couple decent builds on it. Once I started using the Kabukis, I pretty much gave up. But yours looks so good...

I hope so too. BTW, I like your pictures--and of course your gear. I think I've saved 30 of your shots.
