Since, it seems there are a number of people who liked the photos I posted of "The Mill" . . . instead of taking up the thread with more, I uploaded a number of them to Photobucket so you could get a full breath of the place, the property and other buildings, the work rooms/studios/living spaces, "My" Friend - the Artist - Tom Galbriath's Work, and others . . . My apologies that they are not in order - but I am sure you will get a "feel" for the whole place and how really amazing it is (BTW: I live here for a few months in between places and it ia also where I stay everytime I go North - My room is the "Gallery Room" ;) )

However, I can only leave them up for a limited time and you will need to use "millstudios" to get access . . . Here is the link:

Hope you enjoy viewing the photos ! ! !

Good day everyone! waving smiley-1.gif Looks like it’s time to update my avatar. I don’t have a stockpile of cool photos and if I go searching, I may not resurface for days – I’m so easily distracted….

Pepe, loved the newbie’s post. I wonder if after curiosity is satisfied, the op will realize he could have just stayed with the Volt?

rave, your yard-not is amazing. Just a month ago we were looking at autumn leaves and now snow and deer just hangin out. Amazing! Thanks for sharing. :)

Uncle, love your image of rave! And I looked at your mill pictures. I had two thoughts; what a lot of color and soooo many things to capture one’s attention and 2) would hate it when cleaning day rolled around. lol Fabulous stained glass work!

laura, loved your pictures. Such a pleasure to see something other than dirt and cactus. lol Glad it was a great trip and you didn’t have deer worries!

Have a great day volties!

It's truly uncanny how accurate this is! :) I'm glad I discovered this forum, and the Volt when I did. Haven't smoked an analog (or even wanted to) in just over a month. I love seeing all of your witty banter, and especially the great pictures!

By the way, in case anyone hasn't noticed, there appear to be some new battery colors in stock. My chrome sealed auto is FINALLY on order :)

I got my Black Friday order today. I can't believe how fast ya'll ship! I had a little trouble getting the bling cap to stay in until I remembered someone had posted a how-to in this thread. So now it's in and it's so shiny!
But best of all was trying all my new stuff. There's nothing like that first drag from a new cartridge hooked to a new battery. Mmmm.
Oh! And I received one of the free Mega pcc's. I still don't understand why ya'll discontinued them. I love mine. And now I can keep the new black one for me and give my old blue one to my hubby.

I got some of the jewel caps and stealth caps. Man, the jewel caps are awesome! Should do a video on this 'cause I especially love the jewel on my green battery with green LED, makes it look like the Green Lantern ring. Hope everyone is having great holidays!!

I got some jewel caps too, and I really like them. Unfortunately they freaked out my Chihuahua. When it lit up she spazzed, ran a "safe" distance away, and proceeded to growl/grumble at me! I put the standard cap back on, and she was back to acting normal immediately.

PS - YES you should do a video, SteelJan! Your vids are always the best! :)

SteelJan, you have to drop in more often...I worry about you, with the Texas drought and all!

...so, does the bling cap brighten up the purple LED at all? That's the only one that drives me nuts when it needs charging (can't see it blinking).

Hi Loveridden and welcome :)

Sorry about the cherry...i think that was actually an error I think... as long as you are ok with it that's fine :)

as others answered the battery most likely came fully charged but I think you figured that out already...also about the vanilla.

Hope all is well!!

Thanks Imagine / SI for my awesome premium kit!!!!! The orange & pink sealed autos I chose are beautiful, love the colors!!! I haven't gotten to try them out yet cuz they are charging right now....ah WAIT.....my orange one that was charging in the pcc is now charged!!!

BRB.....lol....

Works wonderfully!!!! Now just waiting for my pink one to finish charging....got a question on that....
my other volt I have, I have been charging on another charger, supposed to be a charger you can use for many kinds of kr808s.....but now I have an actual volt charger - will the red light on the usb charger turn green when it is ready? The instructions said the led on the e cig would be lit until it is charged, but the led never came on.

The PCC is awesome!!! So cool to have something like that! Will definately come in handy!

My only wish is that you had told me you were out of cherry cartomizers instead of just giving me the cherry juice! I was originally going to ask for blanks, I LOVE your cartos, they are the BEST kr808 cartos!!! But I figured since I do clean and re-use my cartos, why not try some prefilled to try 2 of your flavors, and then just wash and re-use with some other juice I have? So I was counting on having 10 of your lovely ever-lasting cartos LOL but ah well. I am so so grateful though for this awesome prize - I am hoping I will love the cherry & love the vanilla that I chose for one of the 5 packs. Always looking for good vanilla and cherry flavors...

that's amazing lol

Oh well, I'm tuckered out so I'll just cut and paste it from someplace else on the Forum:

Well ... I wasn't really "hugged". It was more like "mugged". I was called by one of my galleries and told that there would be a tiger there for a photo shoot - and that I should come. After the shoot, the tiger seemed really interested in playing and was making tiger "let's be friends" sounds. Before long, I had it by the ruff and was shaking its huge head. (Which lead to my painting "Eye Contact") For some reason I no longer recall, I got up and was walking across the room. Bunga came bounding up behind me, tackled me around the knees, and brought me down like a deer. Before I knew which way was up, he had his mouth around my neck. Had he not been playing, I woulda been a goner. It was GREAT!! There were also two servals there, but they were not at all interested in contact with mere humans.

When I got home, I was inspecting the canine marks on my neck (none of which broke the skin) and confided to my husband that I really regretted that I wouldn't have a tiger scar to match my bear scars. When I went outside, a squirrel that I had released after hand-raising came up and bit me because I smelled like tiger ( a lot like cedar). That broke the skin.

Oh - One of the best parts was helping to get the tiger out to the owner's vehicle. She held the leash - I held the tail. If you hold the tail up, they will keep moving wherever you want 'em to go. All of this took place near a busy intersection. I was surprised it didn't cause an accident!

nicotine can affect the flavor... the batches should not vary that much...
Vanilla is my favorite flavor. Hands down. However, I noticed that when changing from 18mg to 12mg, the flavor changed to one I don't care for as much. Is this because of the mg of nicotine? Or do the batches of flavor really vary? I can actually taste the two mg's back to back and definitely tell it's not my imagination. Note: These were two different orders. I still do enjoy the flavor, but not near as much as the 18mg I ordered in October...

Haha uncle blackbeard sure knows how to pose!!
Cant wait to get home and see those magnificent pics. Meetin a friend today for lunch from my old job.
I think that happened with me - the first round of carto's i got were 12mg, then i went to 18mg and the flavour was more pronounced, not different just more stronger. I've since cut down back to 12mg and got a 12mg juice and its back to the same as i remembered it. have some 6mg on the way.. So it will be interesting to see if they are the same. Really happy about getting to 12mg and feeling fine.
I never noticed my vanilla carto to be pink. Then again i only had one.
Love the new avi's.
+1000 for another steeljan video !!!!

Thanks Uncle for sharing the pics, very nice place. I could definitely spend some time milling about in there.
That floor with the cast wood burner is awesome..

I think a number of you would love to be "milling" about . . . Hopefully, Cindy will be having "Open House" again - they usually were on Labor day weekends . . .

BTW: They are ALL Colored Glass blocks that are lite from under and that is only one of the real working cast iron stoves on top of the glass blocks . . . It is called the "Buffalo Corner," of course because of all the Buffalos . . . Absolutely Gorgeous in Person :D

I really like it... bet its a nightmare to dust!

OH ! ! ! - If you only really knew what it is to clean the place - especially after Tom did any Wood cutting or used any of his "Tools" downstairs in the work spaces - THE DUST was the least of the "Dirt/Cleaning" Problems

BTW: Just a couple last Photos for here: These were the Wooden Bowls Tom made using a "Lathe" from a rare piece of wood (I cannot remember the name) that had Red throughout as the veining and tree knots (When I moved to this apartment, I thought I had lost them and they were the only physical thing I had he personally gave me - Very HAPPY I Didn't:;-D ):

I love my PCC that came with my kit, but I have problems keeping the charging cord connected to it. Is there some kind of secret, tip, that works? It'll be charging fine, until I get busy doing something drastic like washing dishes or other extreme weird behaviors, and when I come back the cord has come lose and it hasn't been charging. So, I plug it in, watch it, it's fine, and then ... you got it, it's repeated. The connector thingie is loose, not tight, and is easy to dislodge from the PCC.

Will check back tomorrow for tips on how to deal with this. I assume others have same problems occasionally.

Nite Nite everyone Have a good rest.

Mine was 6mg cartos. I hesitated ordering Vanilla from anyone because I heard people mention more than once that it tasted like a candle. I didn't think it was quite that bad, but still not for me. That's how it is with nearly every flavor I try - they just don't hit the spot, or in some cases they gross me out. If it wasn't for RY4 and 555 I'd be in sorry shape!
