Okay - I'll buy into it. Friday is the BEST! Since that means that tomorrow is the weekend, I think I'll camp out tonite. My son hooked up a wireless booster, and I'm curious to see how far I can get on the property and still get a signal. I could be posting tonite from my tent ... or not.

Oh man - That's awful. I have two sisters in Texas, and they're saying the same. I hadn't heard about another expected 18 mos. of this though!! :( Any of the fires near you ?

Yes. Of the big fires, one was 5 miles from our house, but smaller fires are breaking out all over, one just up the road from us, about 2 miles but was gotten under control quickly. Another big fire busted out yesterday, but it's 20 miles from us. The only good thing in all of this is that so many of us are helping displaced families and their pets, it's really bringing out the neighbor-helping-neighbor spirit.

I'm sorry, but that just cracks me up! Ya gotta watch us female types around the pretties. They are gorgeous though. I probably would've swiped it too. Could just buy a new one ...

Anyhow - someone else here was looking for a soft rubber tip that would hold the weight of the PV recently. Since I can't remember who, when, or what (if anything) that person found, you may have to wait awhile for that person to see your post. I did a search and didn't find it. *sorry*

I bought several of the soft rubber drip tips from madvapes. They are marginally okay for a 65mm battery, but a 78mm battery is over the weight limit, the Volt hangs down like a Sherlock Holmes pipe, lol.

Thanks for the colour clarification rave, just goes to show how graphic colours can look different through web pages. A while back I got two stainless steel ones from Super T , very pricey but I love em and use them everyday. Does add a bit of weight though. Sandy Su " penny is gorgeous.
I had a SI discussion at work today with one of the girls, and handed out a card... Woot I hope she gives it a go. I'm hoping to get her to trial my volt once my carto's come in. The poor girl is the one that had the bad experience with the 808 and it's been a battle ever since to change her mind. ( not trying to be pushy) I just feel it's my duty to show her it can be sooooo different. I hope I get my packages tomorrow....
( warning having a rant )
I'm so envious of you guys only waiting a few days. I'm on day 18 including the weekends. ..... Boo hoo I just want to cry. On a good note I've gone through quite an amount of juice these last six weeks, making room for all the carto's I ordered... But i learnt the hard way with my darker juices and my carto's are giving up on me. Ooops. Okay I'm going to sleep now.
May your day be a great one, may your friends heal quickly, may your daughter heal from her wrist pain. waves madly at everyone ((hugs))

Well it's been dumping rain here since last night. Think I'll call it a LAZY day.....
Happy Wednesday:)

Sealed batt, RY4 and some o'them nifty colored caps on the way. Can't wait!

I really need the extra batt. I was in a hurry to get to my son's BB game after work and ran off and left 2 of my batts and all but one of my cartos on the desk at work last night. Had to go to bed early cause the ONE batt. I made it home with was almost dead. Not gonna happen again!

Good morning, all. *waving* Friday?

SandySu, love the pic of your horse. I hope you'll post another and show her in the field with her new friend(s). :)

There's always hope for rain with this crazy weather we seem to be having? I hope so for Texas. We had a bit yesterday just after our monsoon season passed when we only had one insignificant "storm." And we may have a bit more tomorrow so, we're off to do town chores today so we can kick back and enjoy it. I know that must sound silly to everyone who gets rain all the time!

Rave, so there's a roadtrip to your place and you are..... fleeing to go camping, hidden on your own property?:lol:

you can plug them into your computer or any usb port/adapter with 1.5A (1500mah) however some people do not want to risk injury to their pc .... so they always use an adapter.

I am getting ready to place an order for more cartomizers and possibly a passthrough. I have a question regarding the PT. Can it be plugged directly into the computer or do I have to purchase something else? Thanks in advance. PS-I am very happy with my Volt! Am waiting to buy the new autos for next pay, lol.

I've posted this before but I'll put it here for ya. This is my video review of the SI Volt passthrough. One thing I've learned since doing this video is to unplug my passthrough when I'm not using it so just in case some eliquid gets into the passthrough, it doesn't burn up a cartomizer unattended. Still loving this passthrough.

Yep - That's the plan! Well - I'm pretty far away from the house and still getting a signal, but it's pretty sheisty. It seems that the trick is to not try to balance the netbook on my lap - lol. Looks like the beavers are trying to dam up the creek. NOT a good plan. It turns in the Niagra River every spring.

Here, there, everywhere!
I wanna hear the word RAIN! We've had under 2" of rain since the beginning of April. Broken all our records for drought and high temperatures, more than 90 days of over 100F degrees. Wild animals dying of thirst and hunger, abandoning their young, trees and grass all dead or dying, rivers and lakes drying up, crops dead and blown to dust in the fields, even drinking water for humans is getting scarce. Weather folks saying we may continue this drought for another 18 months. It's turning into a desert in central Texas.

We aren't that bad here but I get what you are saying. It is a bad thing. My dad is a farmer and I am really worried for him and all others as well.

Here, there, everywhere!
A contractor buddy of mine just got MEDIVAC'd to the hospital. Sent him 2 manual batts and a 5-pack of RY4 and a separate 5-pack of 555 to use in the hospital.
He'll live, but it's going to hurt for a while. A lot.
Luckily we utilize the same medical resources that the Emir does so he literally has the best docs in the entire Middle East working on him.

Here's to quick healing!!
