Ahh i see and i also understand. My weekly medical bill is over $120 dollars, so i can share your pain. But you only live once as i see it, so why not spoil your self lol in my case, i think i need to slow down as i just spent £189 on my provari p3.

I see clones are cheap and you can try them rather than buying the real deal and spending , in some case over triple the amount and NOT like them.

Im really on the fence with the kayfun, i got the kayfun lite clown. Have to say i didnt get along with it lol so im bit confused. (due to leaking and refilling and changing coils etc)
Thhe squapeR is just immense. Getting it fixed though is a total other issue as nothing can be done. been to a few place and they say they cant do anything :(

What do you think i should do? im not spending £60 on the base....

If it were me, I would buy the base. Otherwise its useless.

Just for the hell of it I would try to see what Sttatqualm has to say first. The Swiss are nice aren't they? They might be willing to have you send it in or at the very least point you in another helpful direction. But if all else fails I agree with Roxy. After having already spent what I did on my SQR I'd get more upset from looking at it going to waste than I would from spending a bit more to get it up and running again.

Yes but as itstands it's all cost me around £180 so far. The base is a extra £60! Hmmm

Have you checked if the base wants to screw into the stock tank section (I'm guessing you still have that, and bought the black tank section on the side, correct)?

Apart from that, ask yourself: Would I rather want a £260, expensive-as-hell-but-fully-functional SQuape R, or £180 worth of absolutely nothing?
Just my 2 cents, and the decision is of course yours :)

Then I would tell myself, "I'll just spend this £60 on this instead of whatever I would have bought next otherwise."
/yeah right!

Got my Squape R today, my first rebuildable. Broke the coil trying to squeeze it on the first try, but got the second one fixed. Probably not great, but seems to work well. I picked up some KoGo cotton, idk if that's any good or not. Squape does seem easy to build though.

get one of those ceramic tweezers, they look good to use with micro coils.
KoGo cotton is supposed to be good but i have not used it yet. i have used normal organic cotton, cellu-cotton and rayon cotton. Found normal cotton to be the best so far.
The squape is one of the best and easiest atomizers to use and rebuild i have found. Takes me minutes to re coil and re wick.

Enjoy the best tasting atty out there.

Just ordered a Taifun GT2! They literally released like 9 minutes ago for the first time. I'm taking a chance on it, but the Squape has been less than stellar for me. The selling point of the Taifun is that the wicks are in constant contact with the juice, and you don't have to worry about the juice wicking up each channel. That's been my barrier with the Squape, is that one side of the wicks don't get juice.

The GT2 is also a 4mm draw which is crazy and has adjustable juice flow. Holds 5 mls, just like the Squape, however, is a 23mm device. If I'm not mistaken, it'll probably just barely hang over the P3's edges

I'll be waiting to hear the verdict on it. I liked my GT, but felt I got more flavor from the Lemo, SqR, Erlk and Rosev2. I traded the TGT for the Erlk. But, juice control and afc has me interested in the new Taifun. I put a vertical coil in one of the Roses last week, and its amazing. Nicoticket Strawnilla, and it tastes like strawberries are exploding in my mouth.

My Squape R just shipped this morning from VapeRev and a Wide Deck shipped from InTaste even earlier this morning. Really looking forward to having a go at my first nickel buid using this on my VS rDNA40. Been trying to read up on threads and watch vids about other's experience and tips on setting it up. Looking forward to posting my initial results this weekend, assuming everything shows up on time!!!
