Um I don't know where you are buying 10 coils but I'm fairly sure online you can get them a bunch cheaper than that. Really, with a bit of a wait online you can get coils fairly inexpensively.
If you have no money for a new coil and you have burnt it by under priming or wattage too high, take it out, soak it in some vodka or everclear, and then rinse thoroughly and see if that helps get rid of some of the taste.
Most coils don't last several weeks, at least mesh ones often don't. So the good/bad news is you can get coils for much less probably, by buying in bulk, but even if you can revive this one, it's unlikely to last weeks to a month unless you are vaping one ml per day.
I think your coil is toasted and the best thing you can do at this point is soak it and try to clean it (if you still have your other old coils, you can do that with them, too) to see if you can limp along until payday.
It's not exactly ideal, but it's better than returning to smoking. Good luck. Coils, in general, need to be considered a disposable but necessary expense of vaping, like juice and (over time) batteries so you need to factor it into your vaping budget.
Good luck and welcome
