Hi Mate hope things go better this time for you. I've been free from ciggies since October and still vaping well . I found first that it was the nicotine craving that was the thing. So I bought some Benson Fensons from Paradise vape, but I bought it in 36mg strength. The throat hit was immense and the nicotine hit was massive, so there was no craving at all. Now my nicotine levels are 18mg in the juices that I buy with no cravings. I seem to want sweet juices now.........weird. Anyway Best of Luck

Thanks Bazzer. Definitely gonna try some higher nic, as the 18mg just doesn't seem to work this time round. Got another order in with VE for a couple more juices so we'll see how it goes. I am gradually managing to cut down a bit though, which is progress.

I'm not a lover of V.E. juices, tried their HS Gold and stuff like that,really duff i.m.h.o., yet Paradise have been really good and really helpful. Maybe you should try their 36mg.....you def. won't get a craving....LOL

PS My Riva 1100 is still going well even though it looks a bit battered...LOL
