My oldest stock of freezed nic is in smaller 30ml -120 ml amber glass bottles that I bought just for that purpose. The nic in my freezer from last fall and the nic I just received is/will be stored in pint size canning jars I already owned since I can vegetables. Before putting in the freezer I convert my 100mg nic down to 50 mg nic, fill jar, cover and write the contents and tape with packing tape on the jar and then cover the jar with tin foil to keep the small amount of light away from the nic when opening the freezer door and put a strip of painters tape around it again writting the contents on the tape a second time. It then goes into the plastic tray on the shelf in my freezer that is dedicated to nic only. Eventually 10 years or more from now when I need to start using one of the pints I'll break down a bottle to smaller amber bottles to minimize the number of times I'm opening a bottle being used.
Do you have any concern about the metal lids corroding on the canning jars?
I use them for my coffee beans after I roast them and I have seen corrosion on them occasionally.

any other suggestions? there are no kids to worry about,,, plenty of room in our normal freezer.

What...no RDAs? Nice list and I really like the new Pico, small but powerful and light it fits/carries in a shirt pocket nicely. I still enjoy an old school V1 Magma rda while at home, it's juice well is deep enough to hold about half hours worth of my favorite flavor. The newer version Magma (V2 Reborn) is too big to fit the Pico (22mm dia max) but the "Tsunami" looks great on it. $8.28 Tsunami Styled RDA Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer - stainless steel / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping For out and about I pair the shirt pocket sized Pico with a Wotofo Serpent Mini $19.02 Authentic Wotofo Serpent Mini RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 3ml / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping or Diablo $10.89 Diablo Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 2.5ml / 22mm dia. / 304 stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping both are compact (small) and light weight. My other RTAs are just a bit too tall, bulky and heavy for the pocketing factor.

I am thinking of getting a single coil drip atty, any suggestions? I like Cartos for testing juice but when they run out I need an atty to test with. It needs to work on Provari.
I bought a SXK Corolla for testing flavors,,its a marriage between a dripper and tank,, any overflow would just go into the tank (2ml).. it beat out the moonshot for me.......that being said, the only thing I don't like (like I know what I am talking about-------NOT!!!) IS the posts,, you wrap the wire around instead of passing the wire through post holes.

No not really but I do think it should be looked at occasionally just to be sure. I did look at last years when I recently did an inventory and all was well. I'll continue look at them every other year or so just to be certain when I take an inventory. I've occasionally had corrosion from canning but its always on the outer screw ring never on the actually lid itself. I've also reused glass cars (often abt 240ml) with screw lids from store boughten jam and condiments. They work very well too.

I am a fan of the derringer style drippers. I'm a MTL vaper, and these fit the bill perfectly. Pretty easy to build, I think. Fasttech has a bunch, but read the reviews to get a "good" one. Some have screws and others have post holes. I didn't find the ones with screws any harder to build than my Kayfun mini.

For the canning jars, you can buy plastic one piece lids. No worry about corrosion, but not sure how well they seal. I guess you could use some plumbers tape on them?

That's an excellent idea for anyone concerned with possible corrosion.:) They would seal as well as the lids on amber bottles.

Vaporrange has Infinite Derringers on sale for $4.95 with no shipping cost. I love my Derringers. :)

When I first began storing nic I too used small half pint canning jars, neither PG nor VG will corrode the lids, and the inside of the lids are coated anyways. However, the "rings" and outside surface of the lids -will- corrode, especially if kept in a frost free freezer due to the thaw/freeze cycles. I didn't have that problem because I use an industrial manual defrost freezer for nic storage however I still abandoned using canning jars but for a different reason. The volume of air trapped within a 3/16" headspace inside a canning jar is at least twenty times
greater than the volume of air trapped within a 1/4" headspace contained in the "tapered neck" of a Boston round bottle with poly-cone cap. Not really an issue unless you're planning to store for very long periods of time like I am. I also found it was a bit difficult to transfer the nic from the canning jars into opaque (UV barrier) dispensing containers for daily use, it was somewhat of a PITA. I switched to using Boston rounds with poly-cone caps for the minimal headspace and I can just pull a single bottle from the freezer, let it warm to room temperature and then use directly from it, no transfer required.

But oxygen permeates through plastic (the reason we transfer to glass in the first place) and canning lids offer a pretty large cross section of surface area for the O2 to seep in?

Honestly looking at how some of these things are priced between $25 and $35 I'll probably stock up over the next few weeks.

And I suppose it's time to stock up on juice makings as well. Last time I DIYed some juice I managed I get 100mg nic in my eye... That wasn't fun at all.

Crap and if this really goes bad I'll have to actually figure out how to starting rebuilding... I don't have the dexterity for this I'm not a rogue.

Why can't it go back to the days when seeing another person vaping was rare and exciting.
