I can't disagree except on your way too soon timing.
Just getting an age verification in place in 6 MONTHS is "overwhelming the system" right now. How and How much to tax juice isn't an easy answer (to me). I think it's still a couple years out for them to finalize the Federal taxing of E-juice. And you can't Tax the Hell out of an industry that you Kill, silly Hoarders.
There is still Plenty of time to buy me a years worth of the excellent economy juice I use today and enough nic for a couple more years before any Big taxes finally hit.

Knowing this, what reason could I possibly have to to go into a Bottom Feeder thread and tell them they are "wrong" for squonking? The only reason I can think of that I would ever do such a thing is if I simply wanted to stir up crap for the sport of it.

The states will jump on taxing juice and gear, no later than fall, now that the feds say it's all tobacco.
Yeah I've got a good stock of batteries that I keep in rotation, I'm not stockpiling them. Other items though that "aren't" at risk is wire and cotton, but I do believe it will be harder to find the premium grades that are Vape specific. I don't have a huge stockpile of items like that but I do have a good backup supply. There's going to be a lot of things drying up, I've got a large stockpile of the essentials and am now going through getting a respectable supply of items that "will" be more difficult to find.
Anything tagged "for Vaping" like Cotton Bacon the FDA deems is a tobacco product, thus subject to the requirement of the $1 million+ extortion.
I don't know about next year, but i'm looking forward to September. A lot of really good sales on current hardware, when the Chinese rush out the new stuff in their pipeline to beat the August 8 deadline.

Now that makes me nervous. Key word being "rushing". Quality control is already an issue at times. I fear that many will rush products to market, at the expense of adequate testing.
Yeah that may be an issue, but i'm not looking to buy the new stuff in September ( I will wait til December until feedback is in ), i think really good deals will be available for current stuff.

Most of what we have seen from you is a high and mighty attitude, negativity, attacks, name calling, etc. At this point it wouldn't matter what your message is, nobody cares anymore.
There are others who share your point of view, for example Mazinny, however they contribute their point of view non-judgmentally and are therefor accepted with grace. An opposing point of view is not a problem, being "spoken down" to, "called out" as you termed it, is a problem. At that point communication ceases.
I am sure you are right. I just wish I could predict when the stuff I actually want will go on fire-sale.

Actaully I ordered a squonk kit for my Disguiser mod I won. $17 and my Velocity Mini has a squonk pin, so I figured why not. Might even use SS TC mode for the first time.
