There are probably many vendors in violation of state laws right now. It has only been a few weeks since vapor products have been deemed tobacco. They have to give them some time to comply.
I thought they had until August?

Nic, spare mods and spare attys are the most important. That's why I hope everyone grabs nic before then otherwise there are going to be alot of people sol. This is the one thing people cannot sleep on and think they should wait.
Not to rouse any rabble but Dimi answered my similar question on Smoke Free Radio tonight. It appears that many states do effectively ban online tobacco products sales even though they do not specifically state this.
Many exempt pipe tobacco and cigars though.
I think the hammer comes down 8-8, I can't believe how difficult it will be.
I thought they had until August?![]()
The Vapor Technology Association has released an extremely useful document, outlining the key dates in the deeming implementation, and what manufacturers and suppliers must do to remain on the market.
I won't say anything more just now, but take a look through and understand that the implications of deeming do not start in 2018, but start almost immediately....
If you believe that i have sone nice ocean front property to sell you ib AZ.There are probably many vendors in violation of state laws right now. It has only been a few weeks since vapor products have been deemed tobacco. They have to give them some time to comply.
Please explain how MFS is violating NC law. When I use my credit card to make a purchase the card ID identifies me as of lawful age to buy such products. Kinda harsh accusation!

THESE DARN BUREAUCRATS ACT AS IF TGEY DON'T HAVE TO OBEY THE LAW.
Yes and no.I thought they had until August?![]()
FYI- Implying that I or anyone else in this thread are not as smart as you are is not really being very helpful at all.
If you actually considered some of what others are saying, you may learn something. You have to have an open mind in order to do that though.
No I did not show photo ID. Didn't need to...
Statute 14-313
This part follows what Robert already copied and pasted...
(b2) Internet distribution of tobacco products. - A person engaged in the distribution of tobacco products through the Internet or other remote sales methods shall perform an age verification through an independent, third-party age verification service that compares information available from public records to the personal information entered by the individual during the ordering process to establish that the individual ordering the tobacco products is 18 years of age or older.

NuNaturals Pure Liquid™ Clear Stevia™I must have missed it, the liquid stevia you use ? I have sweetener for ejuice but use stevia all the time in other foods. I get it powdered or liquid.
Thanks!
Umm that is a pre-existing NC state law, not the deeming regs stuff. There are probably many vendors in violation of state laws right now. It has only been a few weeks since vapor products have been deemed tobacco. They have to give them some time to comply.
The funny thing is, NOBODY has to OBEY any lawIf you believe that i have sone nice ocean front property to sell you ib AZ.

The funny thing is, NOBODY has to OBEY any lawWe said that we were in the wild wild west of vaping pre- deeming. No, we were in an infancy state, a new market had emerged, unforseen it had grown till it's impact was unsettling the money game in play.
Post deeming we will see the wild wild west. Vaping will NEVER go away, the genie is already out of the bottle. What we will see is smuggled goods, delivery devices, highly concentrated nicotine, and there will be consequences. People will be poisoned from mis-handling of this highly concentrated nicotine. Quality of black market goods will be questionable. We know that it is safer to vape than to smoke, so some of us will venture into purchasing dubious goods. This is all inevitable. History repeats itself. Oh, and eventually, if things go as the fools at the federal level plan them to, things will eventually become criminalized to quell the tide of the new black market. We have already gone down this road several times in America, but the fools think they can actually control peoples behaviours with laws. How wrong they are. I laugh at the possibilities from these foolishly crafted deeming regs. Eventually the tobacco game will be over, the lies and corruption from enslaving countless millions to a deadly addiction to profit the state will be shone into the light of day.
BTW, when you see a smoker, thank them, they are paying with their life to keep this farce of a free country afloat from bankruptcy. They should be praised rather than bullied for their addiction. Yup, I'm a little bitter right now...
