My WL liter is from March of 2014. Does anyone have any from that period? That they've tasted already?
I just used some Wizard Nic mix that expired in 2014 so I must have bought in 2013. Not frozen or kept cold and was in a plastic bottle. I'm vaping it now and it seems fine. My one flavor in it seemed a bit flat so I added more flavor but the Nic level is fine. No weird smell at all, just bit of yellowing but not much.

I see the need for an "Alternative Sources" thread...
You know, non vape related sources for :
  • Batteries
  • Wickmaterial
  • Spools of resistance wire
  • PG/VG
  • Flavorings
  • Small metric screws
All this stuff can be had from other industries where the FDA would have a very difficult tile proving "intended Use'
Winter is coming you know, sooner than many seem to believe.

Seriously, I would be willing to host a community supported database for such things if there were any support behind it.
A buddy of mine bought the vapocalypse.org & vapocalypse.us domains.
Alternatives are his intended focus :thumb:

WL will have to get a tobacco retail license after 8-10.

Also no mail order from WL? This from the FL statutes.

569.007 Sale or delivery of tobacco products; restrictions.—
(1) In order to prevent persons under 18 years of age from purchasing or receiving tobacco products, the sale or delivery of tobacco products is prohibited, except:
(a) When under the direct control or line of sight of the dealer or the dealer’s agent or employee; or
(b) Sales from a vending machine are prohibited under the provisions of paragraph (1)(a) and are only permissible from a machine that is equipped with an operational lockout device which is under the control of the dealer or the dealer’s agent or employee who directly regulates the sale of items through the machine by triggering the lockout device to allow the dispensing of one tobacco product. The lockout device must include a mechanism to prevent the machine from functioning if the power source for the lockout device fails or if the lockout device is disabled, and a mechanism to ensure that only one tobacco product is dispensed at a time.
(2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply to an establishment that prohibits persons under 18 years of age on the licensed premises.
(3) The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply to the sale or delivery of cigars and pipe tobacco.
(4) A dealer or a dealer’s agent or employee may require proof of age of a purchaser of a tobacco product before selling the product to that person.
(5) A wholesale dealer or distributing agent, as those terms are defined in s. 210.01, or a distributor, as defined in s. 210.25, may sell or deliver tobacco products only to dealers who have permits.

Somehow I keep thinking that one of the OEM's is going to load up one of their setups with 0mg juice and take the FDA to court demanding to know how a bunch of stuff assembled into their product can be regarded as a "tobacco product or byproduct" when absolutely nothing in a 0mg setup has any tobacco or by products in it at all.

Then it will come down to the FDA regulating nicotine and only items with nicotine in them.
That would be a best case scenario in my estimation. The way this has been playing out, to me reads a lot like another chapter in US history of prohibition, one we are still living with. Fortunately today, we have the internet, and information travels uninterrupted for whatever that is worth. Reading comments from the general public here and there on hot button vape articles leaves me feeling a little hollow inside as to whether the information age has really brought us as a whole any further in the factual dissemination of knowledge.

Kinda hard to get a good feeling about vaping right now.

Just ordered another 100 ml of hangsen Desert Ship flavoring. Had forgotten about that since I do not vape it much but a good friend does.

Don't blame you when it comes to tobacco flavorings. Those could very well be in danger. IMHO

I just opened a bottle from 5/14 yesterday and mixed up a batch of unflavored with it. Still crystal clear and no "funny" taste to report.
I used Wizard for 2 years with no issues and had several friends taste testing my Developing mixes.

Thanks for the reassurance. I may still buy one more. Probably not.

If concerned, purchase the Smallest available sample to try out. Just don't wait to long.

I've got a bad feeling....................
Oops, too late. I already have a liter of it.

You're not alone. I have that same bad feeling. I think most of us do.

And MFS is located in NC....

MFS is already violating NC law.

Nope I get the one I showed above. the powdered stevia is not suitable for vaping.
I will put about 5-6 drops in a 120 ml batch of juice.
I must have missed it, the liquid stevia you use ? I have sweetener for ejuice but use stevia all the time in other foods. I get it powdered or liquid.

There are probably many vendors in violation of state laws right now. It has only been a few weeks since vapor products have been deemed tobacco. They have to give them some time to comply.
I think the hammer comes down 8-8, I can't believe how difficult it will be.
