I'm pretty sure he meant 100mg/ml since he wrote mgl, but maybe not.
Google search for "100mgl" resulted in google asking me if I meant "100 ml".
I'll be THAT guy and state that I'd like both those post a bajillion times if the option was there.
A 1 liter bottle of 100mg nic (10%) will last me 3.9 years not counting waste or other losses and there always are some. Re wicking might cost a fraction of an ml. Over 10 years that adds up. As soon as there is real interference with access to supplies I'm going to get serious about reducing nic (which I have to do without increasing ml's of liquid per day). If access to stuff appears to be permanent I'll work on not vaping or smoking, perhaps, may be, I'll have 10 years to think about it, I hope.

Now knowing all this about you, my perspective about your typing and lack of use of spell check for example makes sense.
Everything that's happened to you, no one can change, and these people you refer to can not be blamed, we can only move forward, but because you can do everything that a lot of people that simply at the moment are unsure of doing, don't want to, doesn't mean they aren't trying, and doesn't always mean they are unwilling, but I realize that some are.
That is their choice, but to talk seemingly talk down to people isn't going to help them either.
