On stockpiling after FDA deeming regulations

Somehow I keep thinking that one of the OEM's is going to load up one of their setups with 0mg juice and take the FDA to court demanding to know how a bunch of stuff assembled into their product can be regarded as a "tobacco product or byproduct" when absolutely nothing in a 0mg setup has any tobacco or by products in it at all.

Then it will come down to the FDA regulating nicotine and only items with nicotine in them.

I'm thinking the one guy who vapes from Cali may do that. I hope so.

Thank you. I like ordering my nic that will be going straight to the freezer from nude nic because I don't have to worry about rebottling. I am ordered from RTS for my experimenting with DIY. It will be awesome if I get to use it as part of a stock rotation. But I am really scared that the gov is going to tax the crap out of nic.

I paid extra for the Nude Nicotine "Armor" brand as the little brown 120ml bottles have both caps and a syringe hole which makes handling 100mg a snap - just insert and draw out what you need and squirt it into your mix (I use 30ml nippled plastic bottles for my mixed juice). Easy peasy.

Yes you grow tobacco and even extract your own nicotine from it.
It is legal to grow but not to sell in Fl, Sarge. Not that other stuff
but you can always call a teenager

after all the talk about rayon lately I decided to try it. Went to Sallys and bought some. Came home and pulled out all wicks (4) and inserted rayon, very thick and tight. I LOVE IT. So far not a tiniest bit of burnt taste and no leaking either. Only been a half a day and the test will come in a few days but so far so good. No difference in taste at all (to me)
