Nope but the State's and Municipalities are going to use the FDA reg's for "their" goon squads. They already are to justify their raids on Organic Farming Co-ops. Seen a number of stories in the news were they literally sent in SWAT, something about seeing the Storm Troopers with their M16's trained on scared 7 year olds makes you relaize how much of a Police State we live in. But hey, gotta protect people from raising their own food and drinking the milk from their own cows you know.

Making it a right/wrong type of issue is just being judgemental. The reality is that it is a "Risk Assessment" issue. There is no right or wrong, only one's personal measure of their tolerance for risk.
