Ok got some short stops and kicks now I need a mech mod, how do I know what will take a kick or short stop? Is one mech better than another? I would like something with closed off firing button option, do they all have bottom firing buttons? I know nothing about these. Oh and vent holes, I want vent holes :) Thanks for any help!

Nemesis will take either or, they even have a kick ring to accommodate the kick, I am not sure though if all of the various clones have one?

Stockpiling Q: What's a Nautilus user to do?

I have plenty of mods (I think) and I'm slowly building my nic supply. However, I'm stumped by the tank/coil issue. It's too darn expensive to stock up on many years worth of pre-made nautilus coils.

I'm a MTL user, and from what I've been able to digest, a Kayfun Lite tank might be a good, rebuildable option for me to hold in reserve. My questions are:

1. What tank do you recommend for me?

2. If a Kayfun Lite is recommended, even a clone, I cannot find them in stock ANYWHERE. Links to in stock options?

Also, I'd be happy to know how other nautilus users are handing their supplies and any other recommendations ....

Thank you!

I just switched my wife over to Kayfuns (I've been using them for years). She really likes the V3 mini but 2mls is pretty small so I'm moving her up the ladder.

The V3's have adjustable airflow so you can set your preferred. Building/wicking is very easy after you do it a couple times. The learning curve is short if you get a coil jig. They make perfect coils every time.

Take a look at these. They are all inexpensive.

$12.98 Kayfun Mini V3 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 2ml / 316 stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$20.88 Kayfun V3 Plus 1.5 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 3.2ml / 316 stainless steel + glass / 22.5mm dia. at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$10.56 Kayfun Lite Pawns Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (4ml) - stainless steel + PMMA / 22mm dia. at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$19.02 Authentic Wotofo Serpent Mini RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 2ml / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$18.82 Kayfun Lite Plus V2 Styled Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (4.5ml) - stainless steel / w/ nano chamber & chimney at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

^this one comes with a short chimney and mini tank. The full size tank is big. I have a pile of the full size lites and love them but they are no doubt a big piece of hardware.

I know there are countless threads on this but I have a quick question.

I don't really DIY yet, but I'd like to buy 2 liters of NIC.
I've seen good prices on Wizard Labs and im not sure if I'll buy it in 100mg strength or 24mg (What I vape daily).

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone wanting to stockpile a little nic?

I have enough of my ADV to last me 2.5 years already transferred to boston round bottles.

Who has the best priced nic at a decent quality?

Get 100mg nic in 100% PG, put it in the freezer and then use a juice calculator like the one on Steam Engine.

FWIW -- and this is my experience only -- I've been using nothing but Nautilus for the last couple of years. Typically I have been replacing the atomizer every couple of weeks when I notice a flavor drop, but I saved nearly all the "used" atomizers because I thought there might be a way to clean them for re-use. I've recently learned that the Nautilus atomizers CAN be rebuilt although apparently it's not the easiest rebuild, so I figure I'll hang on to the "used" ones and probably learn the rebuild down the road. Meanwhile, I picked up 3 boxes of new atomizers recently and may get some more. At two weeks of use per atomizer, that's over 30 weeks' worth. But here's an interesting thing: I also upped my nicotine from 12mg to 18mg (stress!), and I'm 4 weeks into use on the most recent atomizers I replaced ... and actually one of my juices is 0% nicotine ... and flavor is still really good. So it looks like I can get more mileage out of an atomizer than I had been thinking.

As to Kayfun Lites, I picked up 3 EHPRO Kayfun Lite Plus v2 clones on eBay for about $30 each. I don't know if they can be found cheaper elsewhere. I went only for ones made by EHPRO as they seem to make good clones. Have not tried them out yet ....

I have purchased some of the top fill tank sets and when I use them my STM leak out the airholes. :( I do not get that with bottom fill tops on the same base.

That's a Drag.

I wonder if it has something to do with the Type of e-Liquids used? Or maybe the Wicking? Because when people have said that they have Leaking thru the Air Holes, it's usually a complete Tank Drain and not a little Seepage.

Oh it's a lot, running a river down the side of my mod type, a lot. I do use high PG eliquid 70/30 - 60/40, but I never have this issue with bottom fill.

Tobeco has good Clones also, I usually avoid Clones but do have a couple. Tobeco really does a decent job

The Subtank glass Orings are special and not available at any hardware store.
With that said I have about 15 sets of Orings, 20 replacement glass, 12 bases, 8 standard tops, 8 bellcaps, 4 topfill tops and 16 RBA's of the STM variety.
Like you I have used on STM since last November and it is still going strong.
So I should be set on Subtanks for the rest of my like.
do you happen to know the size orings the STM uses?

That's what is so Weird. Because it seems that Most people Don't have any Problems. But for a small percentage of people, the Problem is Massive.

But it's hard to Pin Down the Actual Cause.

Also the Goblin mini v2 is an excellent RTA, very highly recommend it

These are the bellcaps I got FT SKU 4139704
I bought these at FT based on your recommendations. Now I cannot remember if they are for the Kayfuns I bought or the STM's I bought  I plan to put all things (screw, orings, etc in boxes for each atty and label the box) you would think FT would say which one it is for :facepalm:

Yep those are cool I got some of the taller version that uses standard STM glass.
Where the heck to you get the little fill orings though?
