Wiz, I agree with you on HD, that's all I want to watch now. Oh and using the DVR. I don't want to watch commercials. Heck, even when I have the time to watch a show when it is on, I wait until it's over so I can watch it using the DVR.

wv....My faves would have to be Lost,Heroes and I am really enjoying Hapers Island(Love a good murder mystery).I was watching Life on Mars(being that I grew up in the '70's)...but it has been cancelled. All of the other channels you mentioned I watch also...as long as they are in Hi-Def!....I am a sucker for MonsterQuest and the new Battles BC!
I loved Life on Mars (the UK version). . . but I didn't like Ashes to Ashes too much.

Kendra...I never saw the UK version...perhaps I will buy the dvd set!....the BBC has some great shows out there...I love Doctor Who and Primevil!...Ashes to Ashes..I have heard of that but never seen it!
The Wiz!oh gee, you have to see the uk version. . . no comparison. I think it's philip glenister who played gene hunt. he was so much better than harvey keitel. He made the show. . . if you liked the US version, you'll love this one. Ashes to ashes is the poor sequel with a female detective playing the "sam" part in the 80s. I still watched it and I'm still waiting for season 2 to come out, but it really wasn't as good. Nothing has shocked or suprized me for movie brilliance and cinematic drama in awhile like this movie did, it has abit of gore like material, bit bloody but amazing film in my opinion ....There is only a cam version of it at the moment but still worth the view~Rick
