:DI received my e-cig on April 1, 2009. I couldn't wait to get it. I've smoked for 42 years. I tried quitting with everything...everytime I quit, my life was miserable. I dreamed about smoking, I thought about it all the time. I quit six times last year for 20-25 days each time, and got so tired of smoking being on my mind all the time, that I started again. I finally got my e-cig and I love this thing! No more coughing, no more smelling bad (I work in a doctor's office!) - the whole place smells better. I can still smell the old smoke on my backpack when I go into the office. IT STINKS. SO DID I!~ No more tobacco for me! When I used to reach for my pack of cigarettes on the coffee table, my dog would look at me like I was an idiot...and then sneeze when I'd light up. I even got a chest x-ray because I wanted to know if I already had cancer. Dr.s wife died from small-cell lung cancer...it was BRUTAL. Lungs are okay and I can't stand tobacco now! I love this thing!!!! Please, God, enlighten the FDA. Karen

Today is day #17 without analogs...I played around (practiced) with the ecig for a few weeks before I committed to quitting, (I wasn't planning on quitting when I bought it)...but I'm sure that having them, helped me prepare and immediately gave me renewed hope and confidence that I would succeed, this time.

It was an inspiration and I was glad to immediately share it with friends who have since ordered one for themselves with the hopes of quitting.

After 21 years of smoking and eventually smoking up to 2 packs a day, I too, have tried everything, several times....gum, patches, prescriptions...they are all dangerous and can make you sick, especially if you slip and smoke while using them. I feel great, and better everyday....and I'm so proud of myself after so many failed attempts....its truly unexplainable.

Way to go everyone!!

I haven't had an analog since 4/5/09! That was the same day I started vaping with my 901. Smoked at least a pack a day for 30+ years. I feel sooo much better. My smokers cough disappeared within 3 days. Now I can hold a conversation and laugh all I want without coughing up a lung. I also don't stink anymore but I noticed my cats litter box does.

I stopped in February as well. I can honestly say that ecigs was the only way that actually worked for me. Nic replacement has its place for those who are just addicted to that, I guess I am more addicted to the act of smoking and this has been a complete replacement for me. I do not crave analogs as long as my ecig equipment is functioning properly, which is not all the time.
