Let's start a TI List, if we have enough interested, I am sure Les will be more interested to get them into production
don't think the ECF is fit, will start one on the VP (I will ask Les if it is ok with him), see ya all there...I hope :vapor:

If he's ok w/ it I'll jump on it!

I have asked Les, he did not say yes or no...it would cost a lot a said but will considerate it.......good enough for me for now ;)

Now normally, I've never really pictured having any TI mods in my collection (hell, I passed up on the TI Zenesis) but I could get down on a TI orion!! It's already by far the smallest hybrid out there and arguably one of the best performing (with a little bit of tweaking to suit my tastes), but for it to also be the lightest and sturdiest would be a truly impressive feat. Only problems I can foresee there is that it'd be exorbitantly expensive and that it'd also be much harder to tweak yourself. Idk about everyone else, but I'm not so into the idea of ruining my TI bits every time I drill out a single air or wick hole :(

I vape a mixture of menthol/eucalyptus when I have one, works better then anything!
That's genius Emonty! On that same train of thought, I have a friend who owns 2 retail ecig stores here in LA who's been experimenting with infusing vitamins and minerals into juice!

Les is hesitant because of the cost. Machining will be around 3 x more expensive and TI costs around $130 per kg.

Yeah, I can only imagine! Even though the material cost of TI basically 10-25 times greater than SS (304 grade SS is roughly $3-5/kg for reference), the time it takes to mill TI is where the price really jumps!

Still I would pay 500 bucks for it, call me crazy!
You're not crazy, I get it! If you want something badly enough, have the means to pay for it, and can justify spending the money, then I don't think anyone is entitled to judge you for it. Hell, I've bought AND sold numerous GGs for more than that, and I didn't think the people who bought them were crazy and nor did I regret spending as much as I did when I was the buyer ;)

Got ya. i guess 500 is not good for Vg juices then?

yes, the higher the better, make that wick as thick as possible and roll it very very tight!
capillary action works better with more and finer mesh, the thicker and finer the better, #500 is currently what is available but would love to see #600 or even higher

I was always under the impression that the coarser the better, but I ain't anymore after reading this thread:

and finding out myself after experimenting with what has been told there ;)

Got ya. how tight do you roll the wick? tight enough to fit a paper clip through the center?
