Yes it will. Though you will feel like the draw is to tight in comparison and will be tempted to drill it out. AND quote from Zen~ "The stiff draw cap is discontinued... These devices need air, and people that learn how to use them correctly don't need a stiff draw cap." - Just can't agree with this after using an Orion of some type since introduced as the V1.
I would suggest you "Just vape it." The builder of the Orion has demonstrated that an open draw does not necessarily increase the vapor. In my experience, the draw changes flavor of the vape. Stuff that is tasteless on my Zens and my petar K vaper, is awesome on my Orion. Stuff that is over powering in flavor on my Orion, is good in my Zens and petar k vaper - this is why I kept my ZAG. But it is yours, so do what ever makes you happy

This is my latest setup on one of my orions u wick 325 mesh,3 wrap 32 awg , no insulator this time and bobas bounty. The u wick works very well in the orion
looks very neat Brian! Will go and give it a try. How do you cut the mesh and what are it's dimensions?
I know we have all argued about it at one time or another, but I swear the thinner wicks taste better. the issue of course is that more juice leaks out of the hole with the wick.

I cut the mesh 15mm x 65mm then cut the sides at an angle like the pic above . My Orión has a 3rd hole drilled. I drilled the 3rd hole when I first got it so the wick hole would be in front of the Button . I heard it could be a pain to fill with out a 3rd hole when using a uey

Les's new tanks are slightly longer then Terry's tanks, ~1 mm I would say....
