I think Proteus looks real sharp and I tend to agree over the brass, it makes it look sharp and not just another run of the mill mod. I think this prototype doesn't do Proteus justice as the finished products will be polished and engraved and will look 10 times sharper.
If there is anything I would like to see different is our familiar knurled draw control ring as opposed to the "channeled" one here. I think the knurled draw control is now a trademark of GG's and I would feature it here too. Just my personal view.

My only concern with the brass is that it might leave a metallic smell on your finger since it's exactly in the area of the button. At least I get that from other brass objects I touch with my sweaty little fingers...

Very true that is the first thing I thought of.. I am not complaining but that type of metal will have me smelling my fingers all day and in turn getting pukey from it... I do agree Imeo ,, You should make a button like that of the other devices or maybe one that can be interchanged, I like that flat button but would also like a "button,button" when I am just chilling at home.. the flat one would be nice for out and about... I know the final one will be very sexy no worries about that but I know it sucks to have a hand that smells like a Penny (Likke nickel , dime , quarter not Penelope "Penny" lmfao) great work Imeo great work

I take my egos with me where ever i dont want to carry an expensive mod (amusement park, beach, ect...) Ill keep an ego twist around for those times, but i went to a bachelor party last night and didnt want to bring my gg or something bigger as it would not be easily pocketable - this would be the device for those occasions!

Beautiful Imeo. I didn't get on the COV pre order list thinking WHY, I already got 2 GGTS and nothing could be better. But I gotta have one.

I cant believe anyone would worry about a metallic smell from brass on their fingers. Perhaps for those that do, Proteus is not for you.
Several of my TS have brass buttons, telescopes, tank connectors, endcaps, etc. Metallic smell is not an issue. And yes, my hand is always on the brass telescope part. I daresay I probably chain vape more than 90% of people.
I agree 1000% never ever experienced a smell of brass or any other metal. Perhaps because I'm so happy not to smell of cigarettes
Actually my stupidity as the brass Imeo uses is different than the "arm" on the Darwin it polished and nice duh on my part lol
