Yes on both counts pixel. The foam is ordered from eBay, it's a replacement foam kit for a pelican case.

The hydrometer doesn't need removing (that's the dial) but the hydrator which is the thing that keeps humidity high does. I'm sure that's what you meant anyway

ON a serious serious side not I lost/or had someone take my Ody today, I am crying I am so bummed , looked everywhere but to no avail.. those that pray please pray for quick Ody return Thank you! Got the Imeo wires and 35 more feet of wick from COV.. had one broken V2 ceramic but just waiting on CS ticket... got 4 so they will last, if I get my another ody that is.. i have 2 penny ceramic so all good there... I may even settle for 1-2 more Penny's but being disabled sure as hell does not work out to well I really fell in love with my ODy so this sux BIG TIME

I am so sorry for your loss super. I know the feeling. I lost 2 years ago to a party my first AVS prototype and it was really terible experience!

Till I am waiting for my Penelope to arrive I had in mind to stress test the community with some lame questions...
Some videos on Youtube suggest to create a double or even triple wick coil for Ody (and thus Pene). Have any of you tried this? Is it better, than single coil?
Also there is video on how to create a DCT for Pene. He uses same resistance wires though. Is it worht to try?

I am using the double wick and it vapes much better. Better flavor and more vapor. I tried the triple wick but wasn't impressed. It seemed too big for the ceramic. Maybe if you used wick smaller than the 3mm you might be able to pull it off. But, again, I didn't like it.
I tried the double wick first before trying the single wick, so maybe that is why I didn't like the single wick too much. The flavor, vapor production, and throat hit is so much better with double.

Double wick is better because it let you have more control of the liquid imo, with single wick you have to play a bit more with the liquid control so you dont get it dry while taking a puff or get it flood.
