do you see any hole on mouthpiece klepto? Try to blow air without the air control on mouthpiece and by keeping your palm on the mouthpiece where it screws on rebuildable part
I saw that you dont have any air leakage klepto, so I dont know what is the issue here. Maybe you just dont like to vape via the AD mouthpiece because it feels different than what you are used to

Hi Imeo, thats what i did, hold my palm over the bottom of the mouth piece, without the drip tip its 100% sealed, with the drip tip i can breath true it. With the big o-ring it still is leaking, not as much as with the small o-ring ofc. With the big o-ring its very hard to adjust the drip tip, and when the o-ring dry out, it wont move. Dint try to apply brute force to move it, as i was afraid to damage the rebuilde part. So have to take of the entire mouth piece to adjust the drip tip. Without the drip tip its vaping like the Ithaka, more dense flavor and abit more flavor full taste. So my guess is that either im very stupid or there is a something wrong with the mouth piece or the drip tip. I can try different o-rings on it when i get the time. I really love the new penny, and im sure i will get the full benefit of it in time

There is always some imperfections of items this small. Your o-ring might be a hair too tight or too thin, or the slot where the o-ring sits might be a hair too small or too big. You have to try different o-rings until one feels right.

Same here. Well lubed even the thicker o-ring allows free rotation, but air is still leaking in. I'm trying out many different tips and found a couple which are able to give almost the same vape as without mouthpiece, this is what I want to achieve. Without mouthpiece it's really an amazing vape. What bothers me about all tips I'm trying out is that they ruin aesthetics - I like the GG mouthpiece style as I have in Ithaka or Penny V1, it will be difficult to find a tip that matches perfectly and is not too long, either. Suppose I'm going to remove o-rings from these tips and place them on the semitelescopic one.

Proof of concept experiment!
I wrapped mouthpiece and semitelescopic mouthpiece in scotch-film (of course no regulation of air like this) just to see how much air leaks in, if any.Experiment failed: same story, a lot of air leaking in. I think I'll stick to o-rings....
Of course by replacing both o-rings the problem will be free rotation without involving the principal mouthpiece; with one bigger o-ring, if well lubed, it works, with two...who knows.
By Leo sells small/short drip tips for Sophia that I use on my Penelopes and they are great!!!
