Hi Imeo, thats what i did, hold my palm over the bottom of the mouth piece, without the drip tip its 100% sealed, with the drip tip i can breath true it. With the big o-ring it still is leaking, not as much as with the small o-ring ofc. With the big o-ring its very hard to adjust the drip tip, and when the o-ring dry out, it wont move. Dint try to apply brute force to move it, as i was afraid to damage the rebuilde part. So have to take of the entire mouth piece to adjust the drip tip. Without the drip tip its vaping like the Ithaka, more dense flavor and abit more flavor full taste. So my guess is that either im very stupid or there is a something wrong with the mouth piece or the drip tip. I can try different o-rings on it when i get the time. I really love the new penny, and im sure i will get the full benefit of it in time :)

I found your problem ;)
you need some time to get used to it its more airy than Penelope V1 or Ithaka :toast:
My wife has the same problem as you-see why it is good to have a wife :vapor:

.................................

New Penelope's features - differences with previous model

1. Adjustable or auto adjustable center pin (difference)
2. Bigger holes for better air control (difference)
3. New ceramic with botton openings to avoid flooding while vaping (difference)
4. ceramic housing sits in different position against base to avoid flooding while vaping (difference)
5. The upper cap is made to avoid flooding while refilling (difference)
6. Connecting wires like Ithaka for steady ohms and even easier assembling (difference)
7. Screwdriver cut to the center post upper nut for easy ceramic assembly
8. Cuts on its base for mods that dont allow fat atomizers to sit flush and breath at the same time, like on Provari for example (difference)
9. Easy gripping to screw-unscrew the base (difference)
10. Air control (difference)
11. Ability to use your own drip tip without the need of another mouthpiece (difference)
12. Refilling cap screws all the way down to the body (difference)
13. Liquid control (no difference)
14. Easy gripping to screw-unscrew the cap (difference)
15. no gap between reffiling cap and body (difference)
16. Ability to totally take off mouthpiece without the need to remove the whole body, in case you want to see-check your wick when its empty of liquid (difference)
17. 4ml of liquid (difference)
18. Lock liquid function to avoid even the smallest leakage when you carry it in pockets or bags (difference and a totally new function on the market)
19. Basic temperature vapor control, adjustable in any time, using a semi-telescopic mouthpiece (difference)
20. Easier refilling (difference)
21. "Mouthpiece stopper" stops on the o-ring under the refilling cap instead of the metal surface of the refilling cap, for smoother stop (difference)
22. 17 mm external diameter (no difference)
23. A little lighter (difference)
24. Mouthpiece external diameter at 9mm (difference)
25. Different engraving (difference)
26. Serials (difference)

total length at 48,9mm (the previous Penelope was at 47mm, that is 1,9mm difference, something not noticeable)

The best thin atomizer ever made, the shortest one with the easiest and quickest way to make wires without tools too, the one with the biggest capacity for its size and the most featured too.

Video will be ready in about 1 hour or more and we can discuss one by one all the new features of Penelope V2

ok I understand ,o-rings deformed, you had an answer to Oring sizes!
have not tried switching the the o-rings? maybe tomorrow
tell us after you change how it feels:vapor:

it seems that the New semitelescopic mp is not to everybody's taste or problems with the o-rings

for my personal taste I want the same semitelescopic mp in the future for IthaKa
for me it works very well with the control of air from JGG

Nope.
It's not about bigger holes, otherwise we would have problems even without the tip, but like this we vape wonderfully.
It's air leaking in from the tip, just that.

The juice control on mine can sometimes be quite stiff. Could you have gripped the juice control too tightly trying to turn it with the drip tip off? Mabyee you have slightly deformed the thin walls of the juice control and now the o-rings are not sealing correctly?

Just made a new build on the penny and I used the stuff that was supplied. didn`t even check the wire but I end up with 1.6. So I presume this is a 1.7 ohm wire that comes with the penny? And is it 3mm wick? Since lately I`ve been using 100% cotton rope I do find supplied wick gives of a taste. Perhaps I had to preburn it...

*edit - freezer trick doesn't work in this case.
