What I meant was that Imeo should have sent these new V2 pins to Bruce to take care of us COV pre order customers since the original design had either bent or weak wings on them. It is ridiculous to have to pay more on shipping than the pin is worth... In this case pennies
Imeo if you are sending a boat load of parts to Bruce ask him how many of these new V2 pins he needs to take care of us pre order Penelope V2 customers.
Considering we had to wait over a month to get them since he used our pre order money for his personal business purposes I think he owes us that much. Here in the U.S. Bruce could just put that new V2 pin in tiny envelope and ship it to all of us with one single stamp on it.

I needed an upper nut connector for my V1 Penny and that was going to cost me $20 to ship. There is no cheaper shipping option at COV (I asked) so I waited until I pre-ordered the V2.
I don't need/want/can afford anything else right now and I do not feel it is fair to have to pay $20 to get my pin replaced.

pins are available from esmokeguru xtreme. There is no reason for bruce to have them right now. Just ask vasilis for what you need

there is no other part xtreme. The only part that had a problem is the center pin and I dont charge you for this. I think you know that.

sure buddy. I am doing my best day and night. Mechanical designs are totally finished. Electronics are totally finished too. Now I am fixing the software and I am waiting for pcb boards and components to come to me. Then I will start assembling and thats it

This is why I never bought a 14500 mod for my Pennys, I have been hoping to see Proteus one day.
One question: will electronics be easy to replace and, if it eventually had issues (happens even to the best out there), will Proteus be able to work as a pure mechanical mod, too?
And: when are we getting to see a video?
I cant answer to any of those questions Lo. Or maybe the one where you ask if proteus will work as a mechanical mod. Thats very easy to be done and I was the first one that said that all electronic e-cigs can work as mechanicals too. The only you need is a front button and a removable electronic part and thats what I was planning to do for proteus. But while I was working on it, my idea was produced by others. And its the right idea for sure, but........
I would do it for proteus but does it has a meaning? A 14500 mechanical mod is useless to my opinion. You will vape good for 10 mins and then battery will go at 3,4 volt very quickly. And you cant change batteries every 10 mins!

even if battery stays at 3,7 volt while you vape, its still way better than a battery that goes under 3,4 volt in 10-15 mins xtreme. Also battery doesnt drain easily because Proteus works in step down mode until battery reaches 3,7 volt.
