People are freaking out and wanting to stock up on supplies

I am very new to vaping and people are freaking me out about posting to stock up on supplies. Due to the passing in NY, which is a load of crap, it seems they think it will spread to other states and it probably will. How long does the cartomizers keep if unused? Also I have just refilled my first cartomizer with e juice from another site besides V4L and it made me sick. I posted about it and it seems to be the thought that maybe it is the brand or could be that 35% VG is too much. I intend to use the prefilled cartomizers until I can get a juice that is right for me. Also I read that the juice stays good for 6 months. There is another thing I saw, some mods (I don't know what mods are) use regular batteries from the stores. What does everyone make of all of this and should I really be stocking up? Any opinions and answers to my questions are so appreciated!

I think the carts will last at least 6-12 months as long as you have the condoms and buttplugs on them and keep in dry cool place.Juice I BELIEVE 2 years.

I, too, am scared . . . I ordered 15 901 attys from China and received word, today, that they cleared Customs in SF (lucky) . . . I also ordered 10 attys from Madvapes just in case . . . I also ordered 50 Blank Cartomizers from V4L . . . I will fill them with all of the juices I have purchased from Tasty Vapor . . . . I'm an old man and have seen what the "Government" can and will do for money . . . . My advice . . . . STOCK UP!

mods are modifications. You can build an ecig from everything at radioshack and a connecter from an old battery. only thing you can buy anywhere is an atomizer.

Im not rushing around to stock up as PA isnt even on the list for banning it was newyork maryland illinois and a couple others. I have faith PA will stay off that list for a good bit

I might not be taking the right precautions but i cant afford to "stock up" anyway so even if i was worried ild be stuck...

I cannot afford to stock up either! I am in NC and I couldn't say whether they would follow or not. I really think if enough states do it then NC would follow.
I got juice from Tasty Vapor and it made me sick, today was the first I have tried to refill, I think I got too much VG juice, 35%. Ick! I cannot even think about that flavor anymore. I would love to get blanks and juice to refill but I have to find the right type for me. I am so new to this and I certainly wouldn't know how to build a mod.

Why do you order from China? What atty on Madvapes goes with the vapor king cartomizers? Don't say you are old, you sound very wise!

Dont panic,just try to buy a little extra each time you order.Its good to have some extra stuff so you dont run out anyway.If it passes in NY they can still buy stuff over the net.It mostly stops shops from selling in NY.Thats how I understood it.

Yeah, I did a few large orders when I could afford it. A small stash just to make me feel a little more secure or like I'm covered.

Will probably taper off for a little while and just pick-up new flavors here and there. Then again, I am curious about the shorties. I only use the xl batts at the moment. So addictive

easy....cause i got no money in the bank??? life is difficult when you are underpaid and only work 20 hours a week due to school...o yea nad college is expensive...

I know what you mean... wait for the sales.... it helped me at first to think about how much money I would pay per month on cigs and put that money towards the e-cig fund (a little at a time)

Guys, even if they ban sales IN the US, they can't ban sales in other countries. You can just order them over the internet from England or China. Customs is stopping large vendor orders. I haven't heard of average customer orders being stopped unless they were huge.

A cartomizer contains an atomizer within it. No need for them for you.

If they get banned in the U.S. after the Fda circus, I worry that the UPS, Fedex, and USPS may cause problems.

I also cannot suddenly build a big supply, so I'm doing it gradually. I'm mad at those in our government who oppose ecigs, they are causing me to have to build a big supply. I will also be accumulating higher nic. strengths, and dilute them later. Juice can probably last a good two years, but I can't just store for myself alone, I have to account for future smoking friends, relatives, and neighbors too, should they need help also at some point in time.

If they're banned in the U.S. I wouldn't want to risk the mailman and private carriers causing problems either. I wonder if foreign suppliers could even say "Sorry, we do not ship to the U.S.' ?

The only thing I'm stocking up on is nicotine and not alot of that. You will be able to buy online from other states for quite a while so don't panic. Their not going to open every package to see if they contain e-cigs or liquid. I shipped some liquid the other day and just told them it was flavoring when they ask which it was, nicotine flavor. Yes Kristin I signed it.

You mean like all the controlled medications you can trivially import for personal use right now from umpteen countries, that haven't been available without a prescription in the US in, well, forever?
