coil builds on both are yawn yawn easy :) wicking on the Reomizer is much easier though. like once you get wicking down on the KFL you'll likely love it, it's a great vape. on the RM2 I've had nothing but perfect wicks which means my dog could probably even pull it off haha (again--insert photo of Boomer looking all suspicious)

.......nit man, stop negating all of my worries about the Reo and making me want one... lol. Next thing you're gonna tell me is that the Earth Magnets actually hold the case on well, the tumbled metal actually looks cool in person, and that the non-compatibility with my other drippers won't end up bothering me :D

haha! I'm really trying to back away from seeming pushy or gospely about the REO, but I would actually tell you all three of those things and mean it. Ever watch the pbsudardo video? Remember when he talks about loving to slide the door up and let it fall back to the magnets and how it makes him happy? LOL, I love doing it too, drives Chrissy nuts

actually to be fair I mispoke; I can't speak for the third point (your non-compatible drippers not working on the REO) because i've never dripped before. I don't think it would bother you though. It's nice to have multiple devices I imagine especially multiple drippers :)

Very true, once it's on there, why take it off? :p Ok... if the Raz Cup is a hit for me I'll be seeing a Reo in my future FOR SCIENCE of course! Important bills can wait.. :vapor::rickroll:

Ok guys, I've spent 24 hours with the KFL amd I'll admit it's been a little fiddly. Still seems to produce the best for me when the juice gets pretty low. I pulled out the wick this morning, cleaned it all, put in a new wick and put some coolcumber mint from the fill home on the bottom. It took me most of the day to get it to not leak at all and vapor production was kinda lousy. Tonight I have a lot less juice left in the tank but it's vaping like a champ. Thoughts? I've watched lots of videos today and taken plenty of notes but more input is welcome.

And thank you so much for continuing to be so helpful!

It sounds like you don't have enough wick in there. What are you using for wicking material? What you are using makes a difference on how we can advise you.

Did you wick it like the video by cloud50 that I posted earlier in the thread? That style of wicking cured all my problems with the Kayfun.

I don't see that video now. I can look it up though. Right now I'm being forced to watch pre-season football, which I find less than exciting. Can't break the magic of the moment by watching a video so I'll have to do it in the morning.

I tried to do it the way the guy at the shop showed me, which was cutting them pretty short and then "glueing" them down to the part that...I can't remember what it's called. I added plenty of juice.

That's how I did it at first. Watch the video, I reposted the link in my above post. If you follow his steps, I can 99.9% guarantee you'll be happier with the vape. Also what ohm coil? Fresh battery?

Oh, and it's the deck wall.

One thing you need to be sure of with the KFL is getting a good seal with the top of the chimney and the top cap. If you don't get that sealed the juice will flow out the air hole.It relies on a slight vacuum in the tank to keep it from leaking. Take off your drip tip, if you can see any gaps between the o-ring and the chimney or top cap that is your problem. After you take a vape do you see one or two little bubbles pop up from the bottom?

I would say always error on longer wicks. I pull them up like rabbit ears then screw on chimney body then tuck them down both sides with needle and wet.

Could also be that you over filled a wee bit. When filling from the bottom, it is always best (at least for me) to tilt the KF towards the bottle and while watching the tank, only fill to you see a "half moon" bubble that just rises a wee bit off of the bottom metal tank ring and remains open at the top of the sight glass.

This was my initial thought too, so I'm glad to know that someone else thought of it too... I've had issues when I had just a *smidgen* too full a tank, and got lousy vapor, and yeah, leaking that no amount of blowing-out seemed to fix. It's really important to leave enough air in the tank so the vacuum works right, and if it's even a *tiny* bit too full, you'll get these kinds of problems. Even if you don't think it's too full (I didn't think mine was either, I left some space at the "top" (actually the bottom) when I was filling it, upside down -- but when I turned it back over upright, there was just about zero space left).
