On Wednesday December 16th an accident occurred at Kaileb's babysitters house our 7 month old son. He had to be air transported to St. Joseph's hospital in Phoenix and has been battling for his life since he was admitted. He has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. He has made a slow and steady recovery but will more than likely never be the same. I would ask that you please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and please spread this web site around to everyone you know. We could use all of the prayers and support we can get at this time in our lives.

Oh, my! What a sweet little angel! I'm so sorry this has happened to him and to your family. He is in my thoughts and prayers.

(The link is not working above when I click on it.) I removed the ecig forum info and got to the site after that.

Thanks! I fixed the link should work now.

I just seen this and want you to know that my wife and I are keeping you and your entire lil family in our hearts and prayers. Would you mind if I added you all to our prayer list at church?

Ohhhh.......I read your entry on your site. How cruel of a Docter ( or anyone) to say "He's not dead, but he will never win a Nobel Prize." If someone had said that to me or someone in my family........The very next announcement over the loud speaker would be...."Code Blue. Code Blue.We need a Doctor in ER Room 2, STAT!! ER Room 2, STAT. Foot extraction needed from fellow Doctors rear-end in ER Room 2. Bring rubber boots and gloves.......It's in there all the way up to the knee."

By all means please add him to the list! Thank-you

I am terribly sorry but this seems like a bit of a scam. Are the mods gonna remove this or what? Nothing but a link to only 1 page and nothing else. I just googled to see if there was any articles and nothing came up. I also notice that the OP just hit 33 on his post count, just barely enough to post links. Raising a red flag with anyone else?

Prayers only cost a small amount of time to ask whatever "Creator" you beleive in ( which ever you want.......even L. Ron Hubbard.....I don't care who thinks what...so nobody be offended or Report this.....please) to help a family in need.

To give them strength. To give them hope. 45-75 seconds of the 86,400 seconds in a day ain't worth your time? If you don't wanna give money......Don't. I didn't, but it doesn't mean this isn't real....... Doesn't mean its fake. Lots of tragic things slip through the cracks of the media ( even Google don't catch everything).

My Father-in-Law was killed in a bad wreck 2 years ago. IT WAS TRAGIC! Didn't make headline news. That man was in the Military. Still didn't make the news. He donated everything he could, so someone else might have a new chance at life. Not even a byline on page 2.

But the prayers were there.

Just because he died....or because this kid may never be the same......that doesn't mean the prayers didn't work or won't work. Your not praying for "the miracle" ALL THE TIME......most of the time, you are praying for help, for strength, for hope, for just one more inch.....anything to help you cope with the outcome. With the whatever it is. Recovery. Treatment, Rehab. Even Death. Just the strength to make it thru.

86,400 seconds. I got a few minutes for them........Hell, I got 15 minutes for the whole world.

So no one else finds this to be a SCAM?

I can absolutely see how this could look like a scam, and believe me I wish it were and not the truth. The web site we created just went up and I have not had a lot of time to put together a "blog" or "photo gallery" something we are working on. There are people in the VIP (vaping in Phoenix) that can vouge for my exsistance all though they have never met my children. I am unable to go into details of the "accident" because it is being investigated by the El Mirage Police department. Again we aren't looking for money as much as we are for prayer, awareness and support. Kaileb will more than likely be legally blind for the rest of his life, we also know that he will have to have outpatient therapy at least 3 times a week to re-learn and/or learn life skills. On Monday there is a possibility of a surgery. I believe the term is called a bi-lateral drain, basically some parts of his brain, mainly the cortex has died and is "shrinking" this causes the body to create fluid and this fluid must be drained in order to relieve pressure. They will do an MRI on Sunday to ensure that the fluid remains and the surgery is necessary. Now of course if you are leary that this is a scam you could always call the hospital and ask "was a Kaileb Reed admitted on December 16th 2009?" I think they will answer that I am not positive though if they can legally or not. St. Jose phone # is
(602) 406-3000

Thank-you all for your support and prayers I will try to keep everyone updated as best as I can but the hospital room doesn't have wi-fi so it is hard to get on line while at the hospital.

My sincere apologies to you and your family for my past remark on the subject. There is now just alot of things that raise a red flag with me,especially when it comes to money transactions on line (Due to the crappy economy of course). I will be sure to keep you and your entire family in my prayers. I am very sorry that such an unfortunate thing had to Happen.

I have a soon to be 6 month old son myself. I have absolutely no Idea what I would do if something of the sort ever happened to him. I cant even begin to think about what it would be like in your shoes and again I am terribly sorry for my past remark. TC and Godbless.
