Hopefully we can get some sort of drop kit eventually, or maybe even a more compact model all together. I like the idea posted earlier about having sleeves to fit different RDAs. All you'd really need to do is make the dripper chamber portion of the tank a threaded-on part which you could swap out to match different rda bases. There seems to be a ton of potential with this design and I'm hoping this is just the start of an entire new category of attys!

And that's the part that's screw on with the Pontus... EH Pro could theoretically just make a few different sized top caps for us and we'd be set. And yeah, def want a drop kit to hold just like 2.5mL for short trips out. The only thing that's a negative to me at this point is the height. I'm used to tiny drippers so a tank set up is just a tad different for me.

I knew i waited too long! After much deliberation and following the great reviews in this thread, I went to pull the trigger on one from VaporDNA and they're out of stock until next week. UGH.

I saw, i went to grab another for the girlfriend and they're out everywhere. Bummer.

At least i caught this in the description:

"Popular Pontus RDA Is temporarily Sold Out! Next Batch Will Be Version 1.5 and Will Arrive Approx September 2-5, 2014. Stay Tuned!"

Aw damn lol. Get it yesterday, and the next day news of a new version... my luck! Maybe i'll buy that for myself and give this V1 to my girlfriend :2cool: haha

What can be improved? The slight gurgle (which I like as it tells me my cotton is being saturated)? The side tabs? Easier refilling?

I hate not knowing things.

I sent EHPro an email to find out. Will report back when i get a reply.

I actually don't get any gurgle at all. I did notice at one point last night that i didn't "drip" for a while and that my wicks didn't get dry... at one point i closed off the air flow a decent amount and i think when i was taking long lung inhales it was sort of "auto dripping" tiny amounts of juice with the vacuum created in the atomizer. Maybe completely not true... i'm still trying to figure out how much juice is dispensed with each push.

Regardless i love this thing. Dripped all night without having to reach for a bottle of juice... only thing i was grabbing was my bottle of beer haha.

You can that's just how the top with the spring is held on to the plunger. Mine was super stiff before I took it all apart and cleaned it. It gets easier with use... And the juice will lube the oring that is in the center on the tube.
So physically speaking, I can't push down/plunge down with the screws tightened all the way right? They are "supposed" to be a bit loose?

No i have mine as tight as they get and i have a nice 2-3 drops per press down. Keeping them loose will just end up with one or both screws falling out into your juice tank eventually. Just take your device completely apart... all screws etc... soak and clean with dish soap and a tooth brush... dry off and lube the internal o-rings that move up top with a tiny bit of juice. You should be good to go then.

I'm starting to think I may have a defect. When I have the screws tight all the way, it does not move at all. I am trying to plunge it down just by itself (without the tank etc.) and it won't move unless I make the screws loose.

Unscrew it and take it apart if you dont mind.. show us what you have in a pic. I'll be able to help you then. It most certainly should move with the screws in. The screws form a sort of "guide rod" on each side of the lower plunger section. Mine seriously didn't want to move before i completely took everything apart and cleaned/lubed it.

Here is the inside. When I get home from work, I will try cleaning with soap and stuff.
