I was just wondering about the EHPro logo on it, is it etched/engraved or just 'painted' on?

Reason being that I am going to get a pontus, but really hate seeing the awful logo on it and would like to sand it off (if possible)...

It's a decently deep etching like the logo on say the Magma. You'd need a fair deal of sanding and then buffing/polishing to get it off.

That is a shame. Thanks for letting me know.

I might just have to wait for infinite (or whoever) to make a logo-less clone of it... ;)

Haha, probably not a clone but their own version of an auto dripper. I hate the logo as well. As for 1.5, it'd be odd if they changed the holes without testing it?

Odd? Yes, but stranger things have happened. If you keep it upright, it probably won't cause a problem (if there even is an issue). I don't always keep my PVs upright though. I guess we'll find out soon enough, but I wonder why they thought the change was needed at all.

As soon as it's tilted and one of the holes lets in air and releases the vacuum (theoretically) it should let the juice out the other hole or at least start to leak very, very slowly. (correct me if my physics is jacked lol)

I mentioned that out in an earlier thread Just saying, lets wait and see. Nobody thought the original version would work well either.

Yeah, and report on if the 2nd hole helps. On the Big D. I just make sure the injection target area is located in the best area to reach both coils and wick accordingly. Heck, and while at home usually keep it in a wood block stand and after vaping give it 2 pumps so that when I want my next vape the juice is already well distributed. Did notice though that sometimes can get blow by on the flow by, if vaped to soon after priming. yeah, that chits hot:D

Think adding a 2nd juice insertion point would be easy to do, if the benefits warranted. Probably will try it out on the B.D. clone when it arrives.

My vape buddy from work got his v1 last night. Brought it in today to show me and was complaining that every time he hit the tip, it flooded the deck. I looked at it and he had removed the fill screw.

He also is having some slight leaking out of the tank where the glass meets the o-rings. hopefully his is a one off issue. My v1.5 SHOULD be here tomorrow according to tracking. Just in time as my Mankos clone comes today. Now to figure out a way to get the mail before my wife and justify that I didn't "waste" money

Tell him to try the other glass tank. Someone else on here was having that leak issue and tried the other tank and it didnt leak. There were some imperfections in the glass causing the o-rings not to seal 100%.

Sheet, i'm like the exact opposite with the BD... i need to see the juice... cotton dry hits scar me for life lol. I want a glass section for the BD!

Well, I don't use cotton, Ramie Fiber is my wick of choice, high heat tolerance, and absorbs so much juice one gets several pre dry hit warnings before the somewhat nasty ones arrive, but with ramie there is none of the cotton, crap, I'm seriously, hack, hack, hack, out of juice.

And it's easy to tell when it's out of juice, when you push on the tip, and no juice is added to the drip chamber, there's no vapor coming out the air vents form juice hitting the warm coil, and there's is no improvement on the vape.

So, my question is, since you can't see the juice in the drip well, but could see it in the tank, how do you know that juice was actually pushed into the chamber when primed???? Doesn't that worry you?? Hmmm?? How do you know the juice holes aren't clogged if you can't actually see the juice inside the drip well???? Just Saying:D

:lol::lol::D:lol::lol::D:lol: That is hilarious. I mean, talk about Juice abuse. umm, was Noah and the animals doing the two step with that flood??:D

 :lol::D I'm going to laughing about this for days now. Well at least there were no dry hits:D:lol: snort.
