no need, nat - it happened. we just have to make sure it won't happen again ...
when you work in tandem there might be a wrong switch out. we knew from the beginning it was not ideal but there was no time then to look for a perfect solution.

This whole thing with Xaiver is just another argument for relaxing our avatar party rules--as if we needed another one!

Things happen--we make mistakes, Forum software burps, babies are born. Once we get rid of those stooopid rules re. avatar parties, all that will be in the past. Xaiver qualifies for the grand contest, IMO.

no idea - i don't keep copies. but we need to switch out tweety as jag's thread starter and put jj in one more time .....

i will check dates now before every turning and nat promised too. mrscasey was wrong, heaven knows why. i just hope everybody is on the list who needs to be. take another look .....

No idea, Whiskey, but I've been thinking (always a bad thing ); since we're trying to make things better, with J0ker's blessing, couldn't we just keep the list with the PreVets--and ask the Admin to grant editing privileges to a few members of the Committee??? Say you, Tibs, Atty, Nat and Catt???

Yes. Also the process we go through now (documented in the rules, or just the day-to-day mechanics of "stuff") vs what we do differently in the future. For example. We may, or may not, be marking welcome threads for Grand Prize eligibility. Depending on what we decide to do going forward (new).

the list is not with prevets but on bwb's forum. it could only be with prevets if pvt got its own subforum
