Precise ELA Hybrid Adjustable Center Post:

• We wanted to take the ultra-reliable, no leak design of Super-T’s press-in Rhodium over Gold plated center post and make it adjustable. Our innovative Hybrid design does just that!
• Our Hybrid design is unique in that, unlike full-floating/self-adjusting designs, no matter how tight you compress down the sections and center post onto the battery, none of that force will transfer up through the center post to your atomizer which can cause atomizer shorts.
• Atomizer positively seats on the top cap with no play or wobble and the user can adjust the post height and force applied to the atomizer center pin. No more shorting atomizers!

Note the attention to detail with machined in flats that accept a 7/16 or 11mm wrench. Normally, you'll be able to just adjust it with your fingers, but, should it get stuck, it beats the heck out of taking a pliers to your precious mod!

That thing is going to rock! I hate touchy center pins. This will make life much easier!

Thanks for the update. And knurling too? 11mm wrench? Simply amazing!

I never really considered smoking analogs a hobby and altho there are a lot of cool mods/tips/tanks/clearos ect ect. in the vaping world, for me anyway I don't consider it a hobby im simply replaceing analogs with vaping and I don't have or want 5+ tanks, rebuildable attys or even mods lying around to choose from I simply told myself I am switching from analog to vape so im going to find and buy the one single end all be all mod no matter the cost that I will use respectfully everyday with no intrest whatsoever to buy another mod so I chose the ELA,phiniac tank and a few super t tips....I just need to keep up on my juice and cartos from here on out. so for me its a big deal to get my ELA because I don't have a "provari" or anything eles to pull out and vape on while I wait it out. But yes I do hope they start shipping soon..

I think everyone, myself included needs to sit back take on a new hobby ( I know, this is your hobby) and try not to get overly anxious. I think David has more than been on top of things with updates, photos etc. Like someone mentioned, patents etc, might be a reason for not showing too much. As it is there is a new mod out there that already has taken its looks from the ELA, but only in looks.

Super-T manufacturing has been around for a long, lont time and offers some of the best there is, and the best warranty also. I know its hard to spend the money and wait, but we knew that when we got into this. I know some look at the original statement of " 6 weeks" but if you have been in this game for a while we all know that those are approximate estimations. Innovation and quality take time. Adding that they just bought that giant machine and are doing all the machining in-house is another factor in delays. These are small number "humans" making these, not a giant assembly line knocking out devices.

SO again, if you cant wait, David has mentioned many times that he is will to refund, this is also being offered at an introductory price and though we have the inconvenience of waiting we are saving money. So take a deep breath, vent if you have to , like I said, take up a new obsession to help the time pass. Real soon we will have them in our hands and all this anxiety will be just a memory.

We are here to share in our "misery" and have fun while we wait.

I hope it won't be your last....i got some evil, mad designs inside my mind. It's a dark place in there:ohmy:

oh that's not good :)

TBH David, the only other thing that i am really looking fw to (besides the ELA) is the RBA that you will be coming out with. I can honestly say that i see a couple of those in my future.

Cheers and keep up the good work!

How dark?......Like Evil Dead dark? or hunny boo boo child dark? I will admit a matching carto tank super t designed for the ELA similar to a phiniac I might just buy to complete the look... like a stainless steel tank and caps with a glass inside and some kind of slit so I can see how low my tank is getting....rebuildable atty's ect. would seem to be to much of a hassle for me I like to fill and go for the whole day with no worries.

Ah, now I get it. I do understand why you had to keep things under wraps until it was done, but seeing this makes it make so much more sense than just the initial text (I'm an industrial mechanic and tend to "get" things better when I can see them and picture how they work rather than just hear a description). So you adjust the center post to your atty and then lock it down. I like :)

Two would cover it, but i personally dont' like the look or weight it adds. I'd recommend to everyone they try it as shipped first to get the in hand look and feel of it.

Well on that note, I guess I've held out long enough. Just got my preorder in and now the real waiting begins.
