Regarding the accent rings, two are included with each ELA. They are different, one slides over the top extension tube, the other screws on the bottom. You are prompted for accent ring material type (brass or stainless) when you checkout. You can also order additional accent rings if you want them in the other material so you can have both stainless and brass accent rings. I don't recommend stacking two accent rings on the end, it looks bad, try it with one first, you'll be pleased.
First batch is through order 15288 on 03/27/13. Orders 15289+ placed from 03/27/13 on are second batch.

Top Cap shown with non-adjustable draw cover for Atomizers, Tanks, Rbas.
Two things to note:
1. Atomizers and tanks get tightened down solidly against the cap and the center post is adjusted up to the atomizer/tank/rba. Makes it rock solid with no wobble!
2. The center slotted section is raised .005 above the surrounding cover for airflow when using tanks, which allows you to still tighten the tank all the way down rock solid, yet maintain airflow and an integrated look.
