Precise ELA Hybrid Adjustable Center Post:

• We wanted to take the ultra-reliable, no leak design of Super-T’s press-in Rhodium over Gold plated center post and make it adjustable. Our innovative Hybrid design does just that!
• Our Hybrid design is unique in that, unlike full-floating/self-adjusting designs, no matter how tight you compress down the sections and center post onto the battery, none of that force will transfer up through the center post to your atomizer which can cause atomizer shorts.
• Atomizer positively seats on the top cap with no play or wobble and the user can adjust the post height and force applied to the atomizer center pin. No more shorting atomizers!

Note the attention to detail with machined in flats that accept a 7/16 or 11mm wrench. Normally, you'll be able to just adjust it with your fingers, but, should it get stuck, it beats the heck out of taking a pliers to your precious mod!

- Super-T ELA: Quality you can see! The ELA's internal finish is of higher quality then most competitors external finish is. Bringing the machining in house will definitely yield big dividends going forward in quality.

Precise ELA's extension tube interior finish VS. a popular competitors extension tube interior:

-Top Cap shown with non-adjustable draw cover for Atomizers, tanks, Rbas.

Two things to note:

1. Atomizers and tanks get tightened down solidly against the cap and the center post is adjusted up to the atomizer/tank/rba. Makes it rock solid with no wobble!

2. The center slotted section is raised .005 above the surrounding cover for airflow when using tanks, which allows you to still tighten the tank all the way down rock solid, yet maintain airflow and an integrated look.

-Top cap with adjustable draw cover.

Two things to note:

1. The atomizer stays put, it did not move, only the covers were switched from the previous picture.

2. Air enters 360 degrees around the atomizer through the top of the cover. Twist to adjust draw.

Durable ridged extension tube:

Hidden Vent Detail.

This is the extension tube (top side) and the slide over accent ring (the accent ring is slid down to expose the vent for picture purposes only). Note the double wall with space for the gases to escape, while keeping the vent holes hidden.

Whoo!!! Can't wait I have been waiting patiently and quietly since Dec 13th of last year to get my ELA and now it is so close I can feel it in my hands:)

I have my fingers crossed that mine will go out on Saturday :)

...Some people who regard themselves as "hardcore collectors" and knowledgeable seem to ignore it. Im sure there are a few people that have bought some ELAs out of curiosity and with "flipping" in mind. THen there are many that wait to see if it is accepted by their other " mod " collector buddies.

ANy way, I dont have to impress anyone but myself and "ME" is so anxious to hold it with pride.

Always remember, Ana. Some people always love to say, and show what they have and you don't. It's status. It's elitism at its best. At the end of the day every single member of this forum is trying to attain the same objective : Blow a little vapor and keep off of cigarretes independent of what device they use. Some members just take this a little further.

The fact that Dave has made his PV easily accessible and at a very decent price drives certain people away. The challenge of being on a list, saying that you are number 123 and dropping over $200 on a PV and then telling the world about is not present anymore. The fun is not there. In a way, that's what's driving my presence in this forum to diminish. I simply keep my posts around Dave's sub because I have a hard time nowadays going somewhere else ( plus I love the folks in this forum).

I just can't forget that there are also peeps that are not interested in another PV--and that's it.

Well, I loved your post, Ana.

Thanks Nic, this is the best forum thread out there, sorry other buddies, but except for the Vapormoon, there is "hardly a discouraging word" on this Super-T forum. Most of the other threads are either a bit overwhelming, or a bit aggressive or too narrow minded.

Full of people in one breath "praising" and in the next whining about something. Most of the whining is with good reason. Some of them just like drama. I have enough unwanted drama and its refreshing to come here and see so many that are just enjoying the love of vaping and not bickering or getting offended by "non" whatever brand they all are into.

Thanks so much everyone here for making me always feel welcome and never shooting down what I own or show interest in.

I for one am elated and happy i stumbeled on this thread when i did to preorder. I was in the market for my first mechanical mod and was almost going the route of "lists" to get one..

Those other over hyped mods dont offer the great features of the ELA. In the end i will still be a happy camper with this mod.. She's a keeper..

Just a cell phone shot of the ELA in 18350 mode:

ELAAssem1.jpg.w300h532.jpg

Okay, I'm having a little difficulty determining what are the accent rings. There are 2 protrusions on the main body, the smaller one directly beneath the locking ring, and the bigger one with the 3 grooves at the bottom. Are these the accent rings? They look like they're part of the main tube - like the same piece of metal. If that's the case, how do the rings go onto the device, do they screw on? Lastly, does this picture even have the accent rings on yet?

...or, you could just post a pic of polished with brass accents. That would be worth 1000 words... hint, hint :)

The bottom, has 1 accent ring. Since that picture is in 18350 mode, it only has one accent ring. The other accent ring is for 18500 mode, it will be above the knurling.

As mentioned, I believe the above picture is only sporting the bottom accent ring. The top accent ring isn't used when in 18350 mode. Here is a picture posted waaaaaay back on page 34 -- the brass accent rings show where they'd be situated in 18500/18650 mode.
