Oh my god! I'm finally in the second batch order!
I am curious. I am #15808 in the 2nd batch. Where might you be, if you don't mine me asking?

Draconian makes a good point that would be more obvious to other markets. I'm not sure what David or others do aside from mods, but a pre- order helps make that initial order for materials and the like. Does the buyer suffer during this? Only in time, and be happy that we have this small dedicated market. I hope David can crank out tens of thousands of these things, that would be great for him, the buyer, and the e-cig market. It's not like we are buying a product for the masses, if you are into modifying cars you will often see the same pre-orders going on to help estimate what it will cost (+volume=less $).
The ONLY reason why I found this forum, the ELA, is because at the time what I originally found and wanted was unavailable. I own rollers and poldiacs because they were available. Ithaka, AC9,etc... Get the gist. I'm not doing the Facebook mystery launch with f5 and server crashes either. Waiting sucks, but atleast you know it's coming eventually VS not at all.

pre-order is my FAVORITE way... get on a list; first come first served.

Personally I don't like pre-orders were you have to pay when ordering. But I was okay this time because SuperT is relatively "old" and known reliable.
But ideally , you sign up to a list(without payment, or a small deposit) , wait, wait and wait some more, and then you receive an email saying your unit is read, you pay, and then stalk the mailman for your goods.

I keep reading this thread, and going over it. Im finding it hard to concentrate on my usual things. I have about 24 hours till ELA gets here. Seems most first batch will be home within the next week and 2nd batch really soon too.
Just remember a month from now when everybody has theirs and you're vaping happily, or walking around with the amazing ELA in hand and everyone is wondering what it is, or other vaper collectors look at you with envy and you get to hold it proudly and know it was all worth it.

ideally yes, and, a big AND... David is SuperT for trustworthy imo. Yep got to be well known or forget paying ahead of time. You can use PP credit which supposed to give some kind of security too...
Nicely said anavidfan, this is why I enjoy buying well built and engineered products. It keeps on giving after the "new car smell" is long gone. For me waiting is part of the fun of it, especially when I know I'm getting a well built, precise instrument that is a pleasure to use, not just receive....
I've also had a chance to master a dual coil build
for my Terminator C, now I can hardly wait to try it on the ELA!

Looking at the numbers, we had about 222 on the first batch (which is through order 15288 if i recall correctly). Where we sit now i estimate we can get through to 14643 by weeks end. Next week my goal is through 15052 and the remainder of first batch (through 15288) the following week.

David, just my 2 cents about this waiting. I am happy to wait. I can always find another mod to vape while I wait for my ELA. I applaud your attention to detail and engineering. If you find that you want to make any adjustments to the build, I'm fine with waiting even longer. Keep building these just as you have been, as there appears to be a majority of people in this thread with plenty of patience. The only Super T that I currently have is the 16mm and I love it.
David I sent two messages to be refunded on ela order 15493. Please ignore my requests. Things got tough, but I found a way around the issue, and don't have to give up my ELA hopefully this gets to you before you refund my account : / Thanks Again

Understand that what I said is really - a pretty weak criticism - David loves perfection - yep - that's pretty weak to criticize.
I'm making due with the P+18650 and Cobra - and was said - no pics it didn't happen - so, I will try to do this. Also got a new mod in to play with...it's good, but will leave that off this forum in respect to the quality of the ELA which I will receive...whenever? <laughin>
Honestly - you folks are great - Super T has attracted a group of level headed, reasonable people - very nice - not something often seen.
