Been using it every day since it arrived, the brass is starting to show some patina . . . doesn't show so well in the pic, though you can see the contrast on the lower accent ring between the raised ridges and the lower parts between them that don't touch my hand

I like it better shiny, so it looks like I've got another mod to polish after all

Wow! Pretty safe to say that I am utterly blown away by my ELA! It's not the most expensive mod that I have ever purchased, but definitely the nicest. It's going to be tough not taking it anywhere but it's so nice I just can't see myself doing anything to mess it up When I initially took it a part to check it out, exquisite was the only word that came to mind when looking at all the various parts. The attention to detail and how smooth everything fits together is amazing. I waited for just shy of 6 months for this and finally holding this in my hand, made every minute worth it. Kudos David! This is truly a work of art!
