I really gotta stop looking at sites like vapor Joe and the apv forum. I keep seeing these really cheap mods and thinking, hey for 25 bucks why not? Then i remember how much better quality this one will be and the reasons why i chose it in the first place. I never set out to be a collector. I only need a couple mods to keep me happy, but i want those mods to be of the highest quality. Even some of the other "high end" mod don't stack up as nice when compared to the features of the ELA. I'm afraid I've been spoiled and i haven't even recieved mine yet! I have only one Chinese mod, and after i get my ELA that one goes in the classifieds as well.
I may love my filipino drippers, but I care nothing for their mods. Quality control is a huge issue. Getting a mod from the philippines is a gamble. Sometimes you win and sometimes you fall short, major.
I own 1 filipino mod and that is only cause it was a gift. Everything else is american made! I am not spending another penny on another mod from any other country besides the united states. Not even if it is a dna 20 bottom feeder, ha ha and I want one of those BAD!

She's right,phillipino MODs have terrible QC from what i have seen,and received.They SHOULD put the same time they put into there RBAs into there MODs,only makes since,..correct??
EDIT: Mortar and Titan MODs specifically with terrible threads and the wear and tear on the finish that is noticible in hand.

A bit off topic I guess. I've been lusting after the DNA20 Bogger Box for a while. That and an ELA. I'd probably be happy. For a while. Probably.

Glad you got one that was in good condition.I tend to stay away from phillipino mods kind of the same way i stear clear of china knock offs.That is sad too because of the only two actual mods from there i saw,should not have left for delivery.I can't understand how there RBAs can be so great,.....yet,...there mods are not on the same level???

even on my freelance days when I was a motorsports photog. the credit on my photos was Chris Robocop Manacop. apparently the editors thought that was hilarious. Oh well I guess they kept the money coming so I couldnt complain

Flip drippers are good because its one basic design done again and again, but done well in the mark bugs vain. The mods are cheap so what do you expect? I'd pay more for quality, but the mods are too garish for me anyway.
Been there, done that, got a refund, won't do that again! I took the money and purchased 2 reos when I got my money back, well okay that is a lie, I purchased 3 reos.
A month?!! Math must not be a required course in Tennessee.... LMAO! Shipping started on 05/09. I received a shipping notice on Monday and I'm order 146xx. USPS still just shows being notified. That means they printed the label but haven't actually shipped anything. At this rate they will be done shipping by Oh, sometime around Christmas.
