I'm in the 154 and 155 range should be getting prepped sooner than later :D Starting to get really excited now.

guess everyone has their ELA but me. ur all too busy vaping away with the best Mech Mod in the world hehe... im order #154xx so maybe by september??

Not me. Waiting for 15461 and 16184. I'm struggling with my old crappy problematic vape. Can't wait to be in vaping bliss!

Nope, not I. I'm ELA # 15084. I'm confident that I'll receive mine when David is finished inspecting and assembling it. Personally, I think David, just like us, needs time off to recharge his mental/physical batteries such as maybe weekends and an occasional vacation so I will patiently wait.

Still waiting for mine as well. Every time I'm reminded that batch 1 finishes with orders up to the 27/3 I groan again as I didn't make my mind up till the 28/3:facepalm:
Still on the positive side:
1) I must be near the beginning of batch 2
2) I was away when Cloud 9 put their batch up for sale in the UK, so good thing I ordered one direct
3) I've got a Kayfun Lite on the way:)

I'm with you guys. It took me David's "Don't get Shockwaved" post to shock me into ordering (thanks Dave :D). Realized that I didn't want to wait a potential year for possibility that the ELA will be freely available. Although I'm in the 15700's, I'm glad for it. Somehow I think that this wait would be more fun than spending buying and selling a bunch of "high-end" mods until I found something that vaguely approaches the Super T design philosophy. :toast:

Looks like Justin over at Vape'n'Shine has polished a new satin ELA to a high shine. Looks nice but the guy must have spent almost half the original price of the ELA just to polish it. My ELA order 15084 is for polished and I wonder if the polish from David is similar, better or just different...

Polishing at Vape n' Shine is only $45. Justing does amazing work! If anyone is thinking about getting any mod refinishing, I highly recommend him. Might get a heavy brush on my ELA when it arrives...just LOVE brushed mods, its my thing :)

Can't agree more. Justin time is the best in the business and his prices are more than fair. You will not be disappointed just get ur order in with him fast when he starts taking orders again cuz he's only one guy and his waiting list fills up quick!

I dont understand the hate for cartos. I can only say for my experience, but a good ole boge LR in a Kicked MOd is a totally different animal.
Place it on top of a Kicked or VV device set at 4.7 volts/ 8 or 8.5 watts will give you an amazing taste and clouds that will put a Genesis device to shame or at least equal it. FOr a set up that is just a bit more work than lighting up it cant be beat.

My buddy who runs Boge 3.0 cartos in Liquinators on his VV device blows anything I do away in terms of vapor production. Taste, not so much. :) But what gets me is I'll ask how long he's had that carto in that tank. "A month". Ew.

I can't get my boge LR's anywhere near the level of my gen atty's, vapor or flavor wise. The only thing that I have found that beats a properly setup gen atty for flavor, is a good drip setup. Vapor wise for me, the gen is still the best.

Teach me some carto secrets, I have a billet box on the way, and I am dreading cartos. I have a modded diver that I'm planning on using, but I would use cartos if I could get the flavor up a bit.

No way, not even close. I like cartos and use them a bit, but I can't remotely agree to that! :)

That would mean a carto would be just as good as a Ody/Ithaka as well, and again, no freaking way.

This tells me you haven't tried a well set up genesis atty yet.

No hate for carto's,I used them in tanks for about a yr.,just no use for them.the draw is too tight, the flavor is meh.Sure some might make clouds, but it tastes like a carto makin clouds

Is he using the same type of eliquid your using or does he use a high VG juice...? I never got much performance out of a Cartomizer... I tried all kinds of different brands.....plus they all have that filler taste....Yuck!

The HH Im using now has been used every day for 6 weeks on a Provari or ELA Crowned @ 10 watts... Still has great peformance with good flavor.... I quit dry burnning them, makes all the difference in the world as far as longevity goes... Blow them clear several times a day and it keeps em clean.....

Ive tried those also, but honestly I didnt care for them enough to justify the price. I am kinda a wimp when it comes to TH and heat. I like a smooth, lightly warm vape. Taste and clouds are what I enjoy. Im not saying that they dont taste good, but for my taste, its just to hot and with my NETs they just get too gunked up.

Thats why I went to the ODysseus. At least I can dry burn after each tankful. It was getting too expensive having to use 2-4 cartos a day. With my regular e-juices than I can go about 10-12 mls per carto.

Ive never used a Diver but I have had Killers, Loved them, a bit warmer due to the shape and size, great clouds, but with my stupid hands they were just to difficult for me to build. Odys are easier for me to build, larger size, larger wicks etc.

I do really enjoy this forum. We are so much more open minded and share our likes and dislikes. So many tastes and preferences. This is how I learned to gauge what I would like and what to pass up.
