LOL, I do tend to switch between the reg sliding tube and the extended kick, so Im thinking with the heat these days, plus typical use heat, that the o-ring has something to do with it.

Or maybe when I was casting spells and fighting off dirty bloody Zombies and "black oil filled" Human/ alien Hybrids might have done it

I kind of thought you were one with a paranormal connection to the other side, little indicators here and there ... one doesn't drop $150.00 for a 12" Iron Man without good reason, you're looking for around the clock protection. This muddies the waters a bit with getting to root cause, too many variables now with all the outside influences - but does it really matter? I figure any vape in your hands that continues to work after a month (survived the Lecter mods, alien tweaks and demonic tampering) is equivalent to 100 years of use in normal hands. Yes, we can close this X-File, you have unknowingly found the truth, Super-T's lifetime warrantee is good!

Cucco said "I am having fun with my 'just delivered' Tanbur Stainless Steel T-Tip. Something different. Doesn't take much to amuse me! :) ... Makes my vape a bit long, but I'm just hanging out at home. I need a little fatter o-ring. It's a little loose on my vape. But fun!"

I have one of those too, but that's all I have, I'll give it a shot :)

Follow-up: Makes my vape exactly as long as the Tanbur Steel T-Tip, a bit airy on the draw, no throat hit and no vape on exhale.

If you are referencing the kick that delivers 15 watts, well that product isn't even out yet.

To reach 15 watts you would need more voltage, not less.

Voltage+amperage = power/wattage

Yes I was, and that's why the engineering out of the garage reference - clearly not ready for production imo. Much ado about nothing, I try to keep it simple - stay with W = (I squared) x R, current through a coil of resistance R. These protected 18650's can only provide so much power before they go into current-limit mode regardless of what your kick is trying to achieve. I think getting 6A out of one of these guys is highly suspect, the V2 has nothing to do with it - nor does it turn your 18650 into a 26650.

All you guys who are trying to fathom how one might squeeze 6 amps out of the kick 2 are completely missing the point. The reason the 6 amp limit is a big deal is because the new kick won't be crippled by a low amp limit that would make achieving 15 watts impractical.

No... Not me. I do, however, find it incredibly interesting. I just like figuring out how stuff works and damn near everything runs off electricity... Knowing a bit of the basics helps. Knowing how to apply Ohms Law in no way makes me an EE. LOL

Fair enough, I commend your zeal to understand a day in the life of electrons doing work lol. It is a fascinating field and one of my pet peeves is who we owe credit to for harnessing this incredible power source. When ever I hear Edison was the father of the lightbulb I go into a rant, truth is Nikola Tesla was the true inventor. Much of what Edison gets credit for came from Tesla who worked for Edison.

The kicklet looks great with a set up like this , but picture it with any sort of rebuildable tank. Would look a bit long. It would look good with a small dripper. I wish they would make a kicklet to match the average toppers width and look seamless to it and only tall enough to keep the kick in it. I dont understand why it was designed to use so much stainless steel to house a short item like the Kick.

Maybe to house a sm data stick? Microfilm or microfiche for those who vape and are secret govt agents.:)

I've wondered about the size and possible space too, thinking if the space allows - keeping some extra juice, silica or mesh in there.

Today's toy ...
How many times have you said to yourself when out, sheesh wish I had brought my binoculars to get a better look at that! Or, do I bring my binoculars along? ... and decide not to because they're kind of bulky to lug around.

Then put it up to your eye and whallah! Nice clear 8x21 magnification of the scenic view or nature sight you're interested in.

This thing will fit in your shirt pocket, beautiful tack sharp images (Zeiss optics), great quality (made in Germany), and costs around $150. I also have a pair of Leica 10x25 Ultravids to compare the Doctor to, images are every bit as clear and sharp as the Leica. It's an AMAZING pocket monocular.

Edison was a genius. There's no denying that... But, from what I've read, he was nothing compared to Tesla. I don't know that there has been anyone, before or after, Tesla that's had his understanding of electricity and how it worked... Especially when talking about insanely high voltages.

What set Edison apart was the fact that he was also a brilliant businessman, marketer and self promoter. Westinghouse & Tesla had the goods, Edison had the popularity.

Exactly, well put! ... anyone game to try a Tesla coil for vaping?

Now that's what I'm talkin' about! ... and true to form, I see a little mixing and matching going on there :)

I did get the 2 tone kicklet for my 18500, but If I could, at some point in the future, get satin accent rings for the ELA...............

Nooooo the ELA will not need a kicklet, and it's a good job the polished kicklet is Temporarily Out of Stock or I might have just got one

Aren't toys fun? Particularly 'quality' ones. I have some nice binoculars and monoculars. Love my military grade night vision goggles! The things I have seen at night! :)

Military grade night vision goggles, now that's something I don't have! I've thought about getting some, but there is always something else higher up on the list. I bet once you get them, all of a sudden you find yourself being a night prowler lol.

Glad I got my order in! I just checked and the two tone is also out of stock. Actually I believe all finishes are out of stock.
