A few weeks over estimated delivery is 100% normal with small scale manufacturing, and especially for the first batch.

My only concern is how it will stand upright on my desk when I'm using genesis Rba's with it.

Good morning HugeJuan,

I can understand your disappointment. Though we have missed our target goal on the ELA, we are almost in full production on it. As mentioned earlier this week, we are currently proving out the programs by running a couple of each part (there are 15 parts that need to be machined on each ELA), just to make sure everything is as designed and of course, we've added a few tweaks along the way to insure you have a perfect functioning product. My goal was to be running the main run of bodies by weeks end and we are still on schedule for that. I'll post up a video of them being made for your viewing pleasure once we start running the main batch here in a day or two.

As far as the Purses, near as i can tell, one needs something to carry their ELA in

With regards to the DNA, simply unscrew the bottom button and replace with a flat cap (the DNA module will come with one), remove existing top cap and screw on DNA Module.

Guys, I prolly already know that this may not be the right area to post this. I have ordered an ELA bout a month ago. My question is I have been seeing and reading about these MNKE 18650 bats and for some reason they seem to be the rage for mechanical mods by some of the reviewers I have checked out. I strickly use the AW IMR 18650 because I thought his would be the best bat to purchase. Can anyone tell me what bat would be the best for my ELA when it arrives? Maybe tell me why the MNKE bats seem to be the latest rage?

The MNKE can take more of a beating before it goes(as in tolerating shorts) and it supposed to hold a stable voltage for a longer time than a AW IMR.

But you can't go wrong with an AW IMR of course. But I'll check out an MNKE myself eventually.

Dizz, as Blix said, either battery is good. I use both in my P+ 18650. Be it a placebo effect or not, I still think that my AWs IMR hit better than my MNKEs.


The lowest I ever went on SLR is 0.9ohms. My daily vapes are at around 1.3 to 1.5, so AWs are good enough for me.


I can't recall if Dave ever tested MNKEs. If he wanted I would gladly send mine to him, when and if he had the time to test them.

As for Production, yeah I completely get that 1st runs. I am just also stating obvious of how over promised and under delivered.

- We will be doing a pre-order on the ELA starting Thursday. With the Shockwave parts now done and our new CNC machining center due to arrive this coming week, production delays will be a thing of the past here at Super-T!

But I would still like to see the engineering feat and marvel at how amazing the product seems to be on the internet.

Also the PM thing didn't work.

I see this happen a lot and wanted to point this out. I don't see anywhere that super-t promised 6-8 weeks. They gave an estimate at 6-8 weeks. An estimate is a best guess and definitely not a contract (verbal or otherwise) with you on a group OR individual basis. Yet I continue to see people take estimations as "promises", and then feel lied to, or that they were "over promised", when the manufacturer did nothing of the sort.

I think people would be much happier if they stopped projecting their expectations in this way, and as a customer of super-t and other vendors, I would be UPSET if they gave in to other impatient prospective customers to rush work out before its ready to meet an imaginary deadline they were being held to.

I'd love to have the latest and greatest super-t PV yesterday, as well - but if it was compromised by rushing it out, it wouldn't be a super-t PV at all, because precision and attention to detail is one of the basic building blocks that make their products so great.

I've seen 6-8 week estimates grow to years, so I'm not complaining. Also I trust someone doing their own machining much more than some random guy who have to outsource everything.

Those are the brass accents that you can add. Each stainless steel PV comes with 2 accent rings. As for the site right on the homepage it says they are re-doing the site. They have a page that tells you the address. They always had the phone number and email, but again the site is being worked on and you can reach the owner David here/ Forcedfuel or PM him.

The crazy tangent on purses is a little fun conversation going on while we are waiting. We were comparing our better half's spending compared to our vaping purchases.

As far as the waiting, I think its all explained regarding the extra time. The machine had to be shipped , put together, tested , programmed etc. Then they had to have specialists come in and set up the parameters and the main machinist get familiar with it. These are some of the best you can get, They have a reputation far superior than most companies. If you read through the Super-T forum you will read post after post of happy customers.

If there are any doubts, Im sure there will be others posting in to give their opinions. I hope this helps calm your worries.

Another thing I have to post, is that of all the companies of PV of this class, the people here are not such "hard core" fanatics, I have yet to see people here put down and tear apart all MODS other than the Super-T. Even Forcedfuel had never had tantrums when people talk about similar items or copies etc. There are other forums in which they actually ban people for standing up to their decisions of having other PVs.

I like the super-T crowd. Not to put down the other great MODs , but the people here seem to be in it for the quality and appreciation of form and function. And yes there are other MODS out there that are also beautiful, and work great and people here dont have to have the fear of sharing that.
